Great service! The employees answered all my questions regarding some products and performed work on my bike. Would highly recommend.

It’s COVID and finding a great spot to get your bike repair is difficult when Ontario is facing third Pandemic lockdown. Thankfully this beauty of a spot was open. They answered the phone, greeted me nicely, and solved all my bike problems. Thanks Jesse your a keeper for this organization.

Full Cycle staff are what makes this shop great! Always willing to help or go the extra mile. Prices are competitive, and they (at the time of this review) offer free shipping! Nice to support local, and especially nice when they actually care. This is my go to shop for sure. Also, they make a great espresso!

This place is a scam and the head mechanic is unprofessional and completely incompetent to the point he will kill someone with his faulty "work." I went in for $150 tuneup, it came out to over $300 and he put a 9 speed chain on a 10 speed bike and used the excuse that "it's normal to not get that gear," despite never having that problem in the 9 years I've had the bike. He didn't tune the gearing properly, didn't reset the adjustment screws either when replacing the cables. I went in 5 times and he still could not tune the bike. Back in 2019, I stopped by and he said the bike was fine, down the road the rear wheel fell off. He also snooped through private, intimate conversations on my phone and then brought up what he read. If you value your bike, your safety. Do not go here, do not waste your money, do not support such unprofessional behaviour. Update: The front derailleur has ceased to function, stuck in the highest gear (that means the cable goes slack when downshifting) The rear derailleur, just as predicted has become unusable because of how far the cable has stretched with zero way to adjust without having to do undo the cable, reset the adjustment screws and retighten the cable., And upon closer inspection, the brakes were not replaced. And in fact, the hydraulic system has air in it making the rear brakes very spongey, they opened up the brakes to let air in. That is a deadly move. The rear tire has popped 5 times now, there are covers missing over the bearings. And when they phoned after this review, they insisted everything was fine, that the screws were where they were supposed to be. The fact I cannot adjust anything because the adjustments are maxed out from the previous cable has determined that is a lie. This is what double you want to pay gets you at full cycle. Avoid this place like the plague

Best price anywhere for the Continental tires I wanted, and free and fast shipping. Order even arrived a day earlier than promised. Will definitely be my go-to when I need things for the bike.

I usually don't comment but my experience was so positive I think others should know about this place. First time going there and was greeted open arms. I was in a rush and had multiple minor things to fix: flat tire, reflector, bell. They made the impossible to fix my bike literally 20 mins before closing. No waiting whatsoever. Also the guys are very fun to talk to; very knowledgeable and passionate about biking. The shop has a cool vibe :)

Always a great experience at Full Cycle. I damaged my Giant Contend 3 frame, and Robert was able to source a new one, and rebuild my bike. During the process was very communicative, and it the process didn't take long. Thank you!

If it was possible to give more than 5 stars I would. I called about a problem with my rear freewheel gearset being loose. I was told to stop by and they would take a quick look but if it was anything more than tightening it could take up to a week as they are very busy. Turned out the freewheel needed replacing, they did it on the spot and for what I considered a very reasonable price. Thanks very much guys, now I can get back out with Kira, she just loves riding on the bike (technically more like passengering)
