★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The website states that it is open regular hours and lists the days that they are open however when you show up there is a sign on the door that says open by appointment only. There is no reason why they couldn't say that on their website. I drove 45 minutes to get to the store only to find it closed. When I contacted the company they offered no compensation and no explanation of why they couldn't post their real hours on the website. They would however be happy to sell me something from the online store. I could have done that from my home. Poor service.

We stumbled onto Haven Casket via Google search and were surprised by how much cheaper it is compared to the funeral home. I mean seriously, the prices at the funeral homes are EXPENSIVE. We selected a gorgeous cherry casket known as the Hamilton Cherry and were assisted by a very helpful young lady. Definitely pleased with the service and the quality of the casket. It was delivered on time and in perfect condition. We will be coming back for the monument as well.

One on one personal service when required otherwise Covid prepared and full online service available! It was a quick and easy decision to go with Haven Casket. They understood my urgent need and had the monument ready within days. I’m so happy and would highly recommend them.
