She was prompt in her response and very helpful and courteous. This so translated to my in person visit to the location on St.Laurent. pleasant and welcoming greeting. We had a great consultation and based on her knowledge I trusted her recommendations. I look forward to returning for my treatment. Super i found them. Looking forward to great continued service. Facility looks great and clean.

However, I left with a cut uncleaned and not really paid attention to -- I did not want to bring this up at the front desk because I felt bad, but I told my technician. Also, I waited around 25 minutes for a matte coat to dry, only to leave with it still wet. Now, my nail polish is basically coming off on some nails and most started sticking to things. I expect to get what I paid for, and I simply did not. I would go again to give them another shot because the overall experience was not too bad.
O	Oopik Aglukark on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked classic, and the tech really pushed for hybrid and said she would only apply 2 or 3 hybrid lashes and the rest classic.The hybrid lashes really Bunched up at the ends of my eyes because I have very round eyes. On top of that only like 15 lashes fell out of each side. I called the shop and they wanted to see in person that the lashes fell out, so I went in and was rebooked. But on my rebooking date, I was at the museum with my sister and couldn't make it. I called to let them know but there was no answer and so I left a message. I was then notified that I "no showed" the appointment. Would strongly not recommend

The technician and aesthetician were warm, friendly, and skilled. And the aesthetician even called a few days later to follow up and ensure that my skin was doing well after the treatment, which was very thoughtful! I would (and will) return in the future.

They really want you to have an amazing experience and I always do! Eva did my lashes and Iv'e never had lash extension full after 3-4 weeks of getting them done. I would also recommend getting your hair done here, my first experience was great with the stylist (I got a haircut & colour). They have a lot more services that I'm excited to try in the new year. I would recommend this beauty lounge to anyone who's looking to get quality services.
