★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could post a picture of my botched eyebrow shape. When I sent a picture in the next day to complain that I paid 62 dollars to tint and shape my eyebrows only to have to spend months regrowing one in - I was told it was the muscles in my face and the way I slept. Funny how, up until that moment, my last eyebrow girl was always able to make them somewhat match. I should have asked for her portfolio. Live and learn I guess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am giving one star but would give it zero if I could. I just came out of the Beechwood location wanting to purchase a spa experience for my friend's teens birthday today. It was the first time I visited and I was excited. While I waited I found many enticing products that I would have loved to have purchased. Very unique and high quality. Unfortunately the manager who served me (I found out she is the manager of that location) was extremely rude and abrupt and did not make me feel welcome at all. She needs training in client service. I have no idea what the problem was as I waited patiently while she served other customers, looking at all the wonderful products. Could it be that in looking at a nail polish and asking what the shade was, she rudely told me to look at the bottom, which I conveyed I already had and it wasn't there, and she saw that it wasn't and she didn't like being corrected? What an awful experience. I will not go back and will be sure to share my experience with friends.
