They were happy to take the time and ask questions to help me find the right product for me. I ended up with a defective battery and they were happy to exchange it. Although it isn't the closest cannabis shop to me it will certainly be the one I use.

I went in on a weekday evening so it wasn’t too hectic. There were loads of info posters about cannabis and what you’re buying and the interior was just warm and friendly with all the wall art and lights. Some stores make you feel like you’re walking into a museum and make you feel like you shouldn’t ask any questions but munchies did not have that vibe. I really loved the experience and will definitely go back again if I ever need anything

I often go out of the way just to pay a visit and get my supply from their very wide variety selection. It’s not supposed to look like your basic modern dispensary, it is designed by the owners to stand out and reflect on the beauty that is Ottawa!

The customer service is exactly what you would want from a locally owned and operated neighbourhood business. Knowledgeable, good listeners and well versed on the products. The products are very high quality. An array of products that focus on freshness and top tier strains. The prices are some of the best in the city when i compared them to the similar high end products. The store was the coolest designed cannabis store I have seen and it’s clean and bright layout makes being there fun and enjoyable. I feel lucky to have these people and their business in the neighbourhood. I can’t wait to return over and get my VIP loyalty points too. Parking is a yes as well.

Immediately upon entering Munchies I was greeted by staff in a genuine and welcoming way. It was as if I bumped into an old friend I haven't seen in a while. The store is fun, with creative displays and decor throughout, making your in store visit a pleasant one. One of the things that I was impressed with is the level of knowledge the staff has on products. I left the store knowing quite a bit more than when I went in. The staff came across as experts without sounding condescending at all. You can tell they are passionate about what they're doing. The excitement that was shown is incredible. As for my purchase - I did not spend a significant amount of money, but I left the store feeling that they appreciate every client for choosing their shop. I would suggest to everyone who has the opportunity to check out Munchies. It's tough to stand out in such a competitive market, but I believe that their combination of a great store layout, amazing selection of products, and their top notch customer service will lead them to success.
