S	Sonya Bolestridge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me, and my parents had appt at 1pm,. I had mani, pedi, eyebrow, dad had pedi, and mom a mani. we weren't seen til 2pm. There was 13 ppl in the place when we should be at half capacity. There was more walk-ins coming in and I was still waiting for my manicure after waiting 1 hr for my pedicure. The girl was so overwhelmed she was getting flustered. They overbooked and it wasn't really safe
A	AndreaLee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place may take your appointment but they are imaginary. Even of you show up on time you're basically waiting until the next chair is available. My application was dip. They don't soak anything off they e-file it down so when they re-dip another colour it shows through. Dont go here. She burned me with the drill multiple times...cut my fingers when shaping. Then ...the best part when I was paying and told them to add the tip they taxed me on the tip and argued with me. DO NOT GO HERE.

t	trickykittie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in just before 10am. Only two other clients. They were nice enough to take me. They have a huge selection of colors and options to choose from. Clean, professional and friendly. I watched them clean after each client. They only take cash or debit as it says on the counter- and it was more affordable than most places I called. I had a pedi done and I was impressed with the massage! I spoke to 2 staff members and both were so nice! Amis (? Spelling) helped me she was great! I will return again! Thank you!

Customer service and communication is not very good at this place, a lot of people who don't speak English, so the owner(I assume) she's the admin also, has to jump in to every conversation to help staff understand what clients want. Pedi was done very well however I had to ask them to sanitize every single tool because I didn't see them bring it from the oven, as they said they did. The lady who did my pedi was very pleasant, soft touch and did a good job overall. For mani thou, I had it done by Lisa. She's the admin, master, interpreter, cashier all in one, so she get very distracted while she's working, she did a few mistakes in my mani and when I pointed it out to her she got frustrated and a little impatient. But overall, my powder nails are still in perfect shape after 4 weeks so I'll be coming back since its the only place in Ottawa that didn't ruin my nails and where they did a very good quality and lasting mani.

There are usually 3 young people working there, the young man is polite and is carefull and good, but one of the women acts like she would rather be anywhere else but... the prices are very good and they take cash or Internet only.

A	Anick Trudel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always get my nails done here and they always come out how I wanted them. The women who does them(the only one who does acrylic there)is always there Monday to Sunday. Open to close so I'm willing to wait longer there then other places to get them done. ?
