Just took delivery of our new Hotsprings Grandee and loving it! Laurence helped us through the selection process and was very patient with us while answering all of our (many) questions. Very appreciated!!

As a loyal client with Campbell Pools I am extremely dissatisfied with management. Never had such issues with previous management team. I purchased pool equipment that was defective. When I returned to the store and raised the issue I was informed that it was a manufacturing issue and that I could bring it back and get a new one. The clerk took my name and number and explained that I would receive a phone call once the poles would be back in stock. I explained that I no longer had my receipt and clerk said it wasn't an issue. Unfortunately we never received the call from the store last season as they had none in stock. We reached out early in the season this year to have it replaced as promissed. The call we received was that the store was in no obligation to hold true to its promise since I didn't have my receipt. Even though I still had the pole and was informed differently. Sad to see such a great place no longer care about customer service and satisfaction.

I have purchased all my pool and hot tub chemicals at Campbell for the past 17yrs... Consistently great products and service. This time around I noticed a 38% increase in bromine tablets pricing. I am all for adjusting for inflation, but this seems excessive!

For the most part I was very satisfied with the service at this store however that changed this year. Last year I purchased a heavy duty winter pool cover and was told that if there were any issues with the cover it could be returned no problem. The cover ripped in several places and when I returned it to the store they told me since it did not tear at the seam then they could not help me. I am very disappointed in their response and unfortunately they will not help me in any way. It is obvious the cover is of poor quality as my last cover lasted for over 5 years and did not tear in any way similar to this new cover. I was told that the information I received from them last year was incorrect and they should have informed me that a tear in any place other than the seam would not warrant a return. I am not sure how telling me that now would help me in any way and only reinforces my argument that the store made a mistake when selling me this product. Either way I am putting in this review to warn pool owners not to purchase these covers as they are in no way heavy duty. Unfortunately I will need to purchase my products elsewhere as this shows me that Campbell's does not back their products that they sell.

I've been waiting over 8 months for a Caldera Spa cover (it was to arrive last January). Each time I call they can't tell me if its on the way or has been manufactured. They say they have no relation with Caldera since they buy from a distributor but can't say if the distributor got the cover already from Caldera or if they have shipped it to Campbell Pools. They do no research for you and basically tell you to wait. And this is not due to the pandemic as every time I've needed a part before its been minimum 6 months.

Fantastic and very professional service! We researched many companies when looking to install a pool and they were by far the easiest to work with!! Came and opened our pool for us this year and they were efficient and made the process easy and convenient! Now we can start to enjoy our summer!

Staff very knowledgeable and always great service. If product not in stock for whatever reason they always were able to accommodate. I own my own business and completely understand the 35% increase on everything. Has nothing to do with the company themselves. Glad to support our local pool company who has always been there for their clients.

Do not shop here! I have used the Orleans Campbell Pool services and products for close to 15 years with great satisfaction, especially valuing their technical advice on maintaining pool water quality. Over the last few years, I have found their prices to be higher than their competitors and other purveyors of pool water chemicals. My recent experience leads me frustrated and leading me to end my customer relationship with them. The price of their products are overinflated and return policy is anti-customer. While we can understand increases in goods and services because businesses are trying to recover from COVID, there is a reasonable limit, which the Orleans Campbell Pools does not seem to want to prescribe to. Their price for the 18Kg bucket of Bromine tablets is now $369.99, an incredible increase over last year and previous years. After a brief search, I found the same product for $289 elsewhere and wanted to return the overpriced product. The security tab was still on the bucket but they refused to take the return because of their “policy” on non-return of chemical products. Yes I know that there are signs in the store about this policy that I didn’t see, but policies are made by people and can be changed or exceptions made by the same people. I was not given an explanation for the policy, just obstinate refusal to take the product back… or even give me a credit! There is not, in a common sense view, any reason for the restrictive policy in this instance given that the desired return was within 48 hrs and the product packaging was clearly intact. Other prices are also inflated: The price for one of their leaf nets is double of that at their competitors, and the water pump filter basket for my pump is over three times more than I found at another store. The list goes on. Between customers being price gouged and restrictive policies, I would strongly encourage folks to shop elsewhere.
