We’re suppose to buy tiles but we coudnt reach the kind we want so we called for help several times at the flooring section.We waited for an hour and literally nobody showed up at the desk. Literally wasted our time waiting! We’ll never go back this location and would highly not recommend this to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a dryer and the staff was very knowledgeable about the products. This isn't a complaint about them.
My problem was with the installation and the customer service after an issue came up. The install tech refused to install it despite the fact we bought the kit to do so, turned off our water and followed instructions. He kept making excuses as to why he couldn't do it. When we pointed out that we had the part he needed or everything was in place, he started making noncommittal reasons as to why he wasn't going to connect anything.
The one thing they did do was done incorrectly and resulted in a minor flood and actual property damage. Turns out they attached the new dryer duct to the old one instead of replacing it so it was coiled on the cold floor. Condesation filled it like a giant water ballon.
I called back just asking for someone to come back and fix the installation and make sure i wouldn't have anymore issues. I was repeatedly told I would get a call back from a manager. Never heard a word. Called again and got customer service. Nothing.
We fixed it ourselves and haven't had a problem since. The only thing worth paying for is the disposal of the old dryer.
Never again. I'm done chasing them.
Side note, the vent we were sold, turns out it's not actually to code and is considered a fire hazard. So that's fun.
