★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this location today. Excellent service with a smile. Excellent food. The place was very clean. I had the spaghettini with meat sauce. It was absolutely delicious ! With unlimited salad, garlic bread and free refill on my pop. My waitress Kristen was absolutely wonderful ! I will certainly come back for another visit ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars I would. We waited about 15 minutes to be seated which was absolutely fine. We waited 25 minutes for our drinks and food order to be taken by our server. After more than an hour of waiting, we still didn't have our food. Our server finally appeared from the abyss I can only assume she disappeared to, to let us know of a "technical issue with the system and our food was now being prepared". This set me over the edge... Servers, please do NOT blame your own incompetence over the technology you're working with when we can clearly see that no other table was affected. By the time our food arrived, I was no longer hungry. A very big disappointment, so much so that I will never be returning. If anyone ever asks me my opinion, I will be sending them anywhere but there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing food and fast service, my server was very friendly and knowledgeable about any questions I had concerning menu items. Loved the ambience and family friendly feel this location gave off. Definitely will go back with my family next time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a table quick. Put in order quick. Waited 2hrs for the food. 4 hungry kids. No explanation for why it was taking so long. Every table around us was seated 20 to 30 minutes after us, but finished their meals and left before us. I will not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I eat out at restaurants a lot and i have to say i haven't had an experience like this in a long time. The service was poor but the most surprising thing was the food quality. The posts meals were terrible dried out. We ended up not eating the majority of it but waitress made us pay for entire food amount despite conversation about food quality. Her offer to fix it was too add more sauce.... Would never return. Was a terrible way to celebrate my parents anniversary with them.
UPDATE:. Was offered a $20 voucher for the 2 meals that we did not eat. I politely declined. I'm not returning to the restaurant after paying $40 for food that was inedible. Frankly the offer was insulting. Should have refused to pay.

Had penne with chicken (tasty overall, sauce needed a bit more spices).
Unlimited salad and bread is still my favourite part of going here ?.
