Good food and they have 4 different kinds of butter and you can make your toast to eat with your meal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very tasty breakfasts, good coffee and a nice atmosphere. Prices are high. I like the booth seating and make your own toast. The manager was on top of things making sure guests are being looked after. Service was good. Free parking, reservations recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant made me fall in love with Italian cuisine. They have a true authentic Italian food. Best vegetarian options. And the customer service is amazing. Great people, great food. Whenever we have a trip to Gatineau, we make sure that we come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is excellent, the service as well. I have been eating here for at least 15 years. Only once did I not enjoy my meal and they immediately offered me a different menu item in exchange - the issue was picky me not the item. The bread grill is awesome! Garlic/pesto/regular butter on bread then you crisp it up on the grill.
The prices are remarkably reasonable, atmosphere is lively and my entire family adores eating out at Pacini. Kids meal desserts are served in tiny little mason clasp jars. How cool is that!
Considering? Just make a reservation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a decades long fan of the Pacini franchise I must say this is the GO-TO location for anyone in Ottawa. The service is satisfactory, but is made up by the all you can eat bread bar. Between garlic butter, pesto and tomato spreads over a variety of different breads—the pacini bread bar is unmatched. The menu prices are relatively high for the quality of food but once again, it is made up by the extravagant bread bar. This location would receive 5 stars however their insistence on enforcing their mask policy selectively (forcing a disabled woman to put on a mask to walk to her table but not minding other patrons waking to the bread & from the bread bar unmasked) will cost them a star
