★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Ordered a pizza and after 40 mins was delivered the wrong pizza. They sent another pizza that took another 30mins to arrive but offered no credit and insisted on taking the other pizza back to "throw away". Will not be ordering from here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service, I used to be a loyal customer, only ordered pizza from these guys. But today, my mother ordered a pizza with one of their online coupons, the coupon CLEAR AS DAY states "present this coupon". NOWHERE does it say I have to waste printer ink and paper and print it out for them. I got to the location to pick it up and the guy (who appeared to be the manager) said I HAVE to print it in order to get the coupon price. We assumed we could show it on the phone because there is NOTHING TO SCAN ON THE COUPON! It is literally just a sign that states that it's a coupon and that it must be shown. Harvey's has no problem with this, you just show them the coupon on your phone and that's it. It's 2017, why are we wasting paper on useless coupons that you can't even scan! VERY disappointed, never coming back again, all they had to do if they really needed a piece of paper was go in the back and waste their own printer paper and ink and put it into their cash register.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's always good to order a pizza that had a decent amount of cheese and toppings without having to ask for an extra. Pizza La Difference offers a good value and a tasty pizza. Service is friendly, food is served in a timely manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pizza is excellent, the quality is great, the service was okay. A little disappointed with one thing... it was my mother's birthday and we saw an advertisement for 2 pizzas for 25.00 + tax for pickup. I phoned them and ordered 2 large pizzas. I was told that it would be about 30 minutes. So I packed the kids and we went to pick them up... Once I got there they brought me the pizzas and told me the price. I mentioned that I thought their prices were reasonable. I probably shouldn't have and instead just simply paid because when I mentioned that, the gentleman I was dealing with said "Oh I need the advertisement in order to give you this price." I explained that I wasn't aware, I wasn't told and it did not mention it on the ad. The man said "I need the ad, otherwise I have to charge you full price " Since I did not bring the ad, I ended up paying full price. The pizzas were good, but I'm a little put off by the service. I recommend coming here for the pizzas, but know to ALWAYS bring the advertisement with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered pizza from here for the first time yesterday and I am very pleased with the service and food.
The ingredients were spread evenly across the whole pizza from crust to crust. It was well done as requested and delivered in a reasonable amount of time. I also particularly enjoyed the $0.99 garlic crust upgrade.
The chicken wings I ordered were delicious and juicy with plenty of BBQ sauce on the side.
Although the meal was expensive, I felt I got good value given the quality of the food. I'll definitely be giving these folks another run in the future.
