I highly recommend Andre, Adam and the team at Beachcomber to anyone looking for a first class service experience from start to finish. From our initial visit, Andre was extremely helpful and informative and really showed an interest in understanding what we were looking for in a hot tub. He took the time to answer all our questions which was very reassuring as first time tub owners. And from that first visit to the store, he has continued to provide incredible support throughout the entire process. He did a phenomenal job in making sure we were prepared for delivery day and beyond with his many tips sheet and videos. I cant tell you how many times we have gone back to the info he provided us with and been able to answer the many questions we have. The delivery and start up off the tub went flawlessly based on Andre's recommendations, and this really earned our trust in the team at Beachcomber. And since delivery, he has been right there to answer any and all questions we have had, and even went above and beyond and stopped by to check on the tub himself. Buying a hot tub can be a somewhat intimidating decision for someone who is new to the process, especially considering the financial investment that is involved. But I can honestly say that from start to finish, Andre and his team has made this a fantastic experience and when people ask me if Im happy with the tub and the service we got, I simply say that everything was PERFECT!

Always great service, and of course they have a great product. The tubs MAY cost a tiny bit more than some others, but wait until you have an issue or concern. see how fast the other guys jump to assist. Andre and his team must have trampolines in their backyards to keep in shape to help the few times it is required. and they are always ready by the phone to assist with whatever, even if it is not their tub.

I am a first time hot tub buyer who initially thought about buying a Beachcomber hot tub through Costco. However, after going in to see Andre at Beachcomber Orleans, it was immediately clear to me how beneficial it would be to buy from a dealer, and from Andre in particular. There were several factors I hadn't even considered that I only realized once in the store, looking at the hot tubs, talking with Andre, sitting in the empty tubs, figuring out how big a tub I needed, and then beginning to imagine where it would go in my back yard. There are some very important decisions to make before the tub arrives, including preparing of the ground (as hot tubs are very heavy will full of water), direction and placement of the tub relative to the features of your yard, and how to place your tub to maintain access to the motor for servicing down the road. Andre and his team guide you through all this, and you won't get any of that at Costco. Also of note, Costco only sells the base LEEP models, and not the more energy-efficient HYBRID models. A big selling point for me at Beachcomber Orleans was how much quieter the HYBRID models with a hush pump were, and I only realized that in the store, as there are working tubs set up on display. For me, a more silent tub was definitely worth the slightly higher price. I am also finding it a huge relief to know that I can call up Andre and his team at any time to ask questions, as I navigate the maintenance for my hot tub for the first time. A hot tub is not a "set it and forget it" investment, and for it to work well and last a long time, there is a lot to learn. I am very glad to have this ongoing relationship with my hot tub dealer. Good customer service is a rare thing these days, and Andre and his team are a rare breed; friendly, patient, and there to support you even after you have made the purchase. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience with my first Hot Tub purchase from André and Adam. Due to Covid, the manufacturing was delayed but the team kept us updated and we got it just in time for the fall. They have been so supportive and helpful through email, phone and best of all, in-person. It's true, the first week is very confusing but thanks to the video André made and Adam's in-person feedback (he went over our hot tub ins and outs for me in the showroom to ease my stress), all is good now. Great product, great team and feeling very well supported. I am also glad we bought in-store versus online via costco (which we contemplated). First of all, we got the right hot tub for us and right additions. Second, I don't think I would have felt as comfortable without that direct store connection. If I could give six stars I would. André say my frustration with my hot tub and worked with me directly to give me impeccable service. My only regret is that I did not buy my hot tub through them. I ask all my questions to their thoughtful staff, get my hot tub water tested there, and buy all my chemicals there. A great local business I can recommend to everyone.
