The one receptionist I had the misfortune of speaking to would not give me an appointment unless I told her what the nature of my complain was. I told her it was between the Dr and I. She still would not give me an appointment. I gave her a bogus complaint and she booked me. I have since filled a complaint with the Ontario Health Minister.

One of the clerks is extremely rude and decides whether a patient should be seen or not; she’s not a doctor. The other clerk pulled me aside and explained there are “tricks” to getting seen in this clinic. Happy with my family doctor, happy with the nurses, not happy with this organization
S	Sean Teav on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and roomy place and the doctor I see does his best to aid me. The only thing stopping them from a perfect rating is the receptionist who I had to deal with during the last visit. They made no attempt to contact me to tell me my appointment was cancelled and made the assumption that I was available later the same day and scheduled me in despite having an annual review at the time. Which of course is not the ideal thing to come in late for after I had already left the office for the original appointment. It was also ridiculous that they make us grab a number and do not even use the system as they will deal with those who ignore it before those who follow the instructions. Edit: 3 years later the receptionist a are still terrible. They don't practice active listening and I had to call twice to make an appointment and pay for a form. They didn't even book the appointment despite telling me they did. The only thing these ones have going for them is that they actually let you finish your sentence unlike apple tree.
J	JMLH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great space and location with lots of parking. Multiple services available including Nurse Practitioners. Reception is often very busy when you call but they are quick to reply in my experience. My Doctor (Driscoll) is fantastic and I feel fortunate to be her patient. The only Doctor I've ever been to who listens, takes care and does not rush you through the appointment. Unfortunately in many practices appointment times are too short and there is not enough time to work up an issue, not the case here.
K	Kristin Paultre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As others have said - worst receptionists I have ever had to deal with. I’ve given feedback about them every time... nothing is done. One of the many unfortunate circumstances: I was told that someone would contact me to help with their patient portal (due to COVID - that’s the main method of communication with the Dr)- the horrible person that called to help...said “I don’t even know how to use it and no one here has time to sit on the phone for 25mins to help patients figure it out. It’s self-explanatory and you should call tech support if you need help.” (The call was only 1min, because I merely said “hello“ and “good bye“). I’ve had every horrible experience mentioned in previous reviews - cancelled appointments with no notice, unable to get same-day appointments after 9AM, terrible interactions with the receptionists, I can’t even get regular appointments with my family Dr under normal circumstances. So I’m mostly seen by the Nurse or Nurse practitioner (who are great). I’m still with this dreadful organisation because of them and because finding good healthcare providers is near to impossible ... it seems! I’m looking for referrals for real healthcare professionals.

I have three health conditions and I need frequent follow ups, but I can never get appointments with her (the receptionists decide wether your condition is worth seeing a doctor or not..which is complete b.s ). Most appointements are with nurses (they are great) but I don't understand why I have a family doctor that I can't see.The receptionists are the worst ever, they are extremely rude and unprofessional, I often don't call to book an appointment just because I don't wanna deal with the receptionists... I do not recommend this place, not because of the doctors or nurses, but because of the receptionists and how unorganized it is.
D	Denis L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve had every horrible experience mentioned in previous reviews, worst clinic, the receptionist is rude, they don't respect their opening time, when answered I was placed on hold for 12 minutes then was told by the receptionist that instead of being followed by my doctor, she decides that a nurse will be calling me. We are today end of March and still doctors are afraid of meeting clients in person. The mask mandate has been removed but doctors are still not meeting patients. Find another clinic that has doctors that care about their clients.
