I found the service to be excellent, as well as the follow up after he dropped off the bike back at my place. As a bonus, he was also able to solve a problem that my previous bike shop had been unable to solve. Will definitely use his services again

I'm a newish cyclist with no confidence in my repair or maintenance skills. So I appreciated Dr Cycle's commitment to explaining things. Unlike some places, he can give explanations to newbies and experts alike.
I was originally referred to Dr Cycle by multiple members of a local neighbour FB. I'm looking forward to seeing the new shop for my next tune-up.

I have an all carbon high end road bike and I will not bring my bike anywhere else for service in the future.

I am biking across Canada and decide to have a rest day here in Ottawa. I met Dave on the Facebook, and he offered me free tune up service.
Indeed, it was a very professional service he gave me. The shifting is so smooth and braking is very crispy now, all noises are gone. My bike is back to its best condition now. I feel more confident for my rest journey.
Thanks again Dave for your great help on my trip across the Canada.

We have a used junior bicycle we picked up locally from the Buy Nothing group and it needed a good tuneup before we could let our grand daughter ride it. I brought it in to the shop and Shawn determined it was worth saving. We agreed on a certain amount for replacement parts if required and it turned out it only needed $10 in parts over the basic service price. Better price than expected, quick and well done! Thanks Shawn!
