★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service! A couple weeks ago I snapped a ski - I went in to Kunstadt in Chelsea. I had great service from a couple guys (one named Eric??) - they took the time to ensure the ski was right for me. I ended up walking out with a pair of Fishers and they've been perfect. Keep up the good work!

I will never shop again at this store. They charged me 15$ for a used pole basket. No receipt was provided either. They irony is I paid for the poles (2)12.99$ plus tax at the Sport Echange. Be carefull shopping there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bike shop knows how to take care of people. I have a 15 year old, odd bike, but they were able to get my bike in road worthy condition. Reasonably priced service, and good cushioned service.
(Full disclosure, I used to work in a couple top end bike shops in Vancouver, so I know good service. )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stop to try some backcountry ski boots. I was served by Eric B. He seems knowledgeable. I tried 2 x pairs of boots (In approx 15min) and I didn't like the fit. As I was about to leave, he informed me that I had to pay 15$ for a "boot fit" . Toĺd him I was not comfortable and I don't think I should pay for this and he insisted. This is a total SCAM. No other shop is doing this in the region. I am telling all my friend and family to AVOID this place at all cost!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shout out to the friendly and knowledgeable staff at Kunstadt. I brought in a used bike, and they took a look and serviced it quickly for a tune up- I think they could tell how excited I was because I was even able to pick it up the same day! They were extremely knowledge and put aside what I had asked for, and took the time to explain and help me pick out product. I had a great experience getting my bike serviced and shopping, I look forward to coming back! Thanks for everything!
