★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai acheté des skis en octobre 2020 et reçu en mars 2021! Alors qu’il devait avoir un mois de délai, on ne m’a jamais offert de compensation ou d’accommodement. J’ai été déçu du service et jamais je ne retournerai à cet endroit.
 I bought skis in October 2020 and received in March 2021! While he was supposed to have a month's deadline, I was never offered any compensation or accommodation. I was disappointed with the service and I will never return to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Redicule , petite business qui essaye de te donner 30$ pour du stock qu il va revendre 6 fois le prix, trop petit il ont rien en stock ,
un aiguisage est trop cher c'est la moitier du prix chez sport expert ou ailleur ...
Qu il ferme et qu une vraie business de hockey de quartier s'installe ...
Redicule, little business trying to give you $ 30 for stock that it will sell 6 times the price, too small, they have nothing in stock,
a sharpening is too expensive it is half the price at sport expert or elsewhere ...
That it close and that a real neighborhood hockey business takes hold ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvais service, même pas capable de chercher deux vis pour installer une visser que j’ai acheté a cette endroit au part-avant, même pas prit le peine de chercher une seconde, je vous recommande le SAP a st-hubert.
Very bad service, not even able to look for two screws to install a screw that I bought from this place before, not even bothered to look for a second, I recommend the SAP in st-hubert.

Personnel absolument pas intéressé à fournir un service à la clientèle ne serait-ce que le minimum.
Toujours une réponse négative à n'importe quelle demande.
Le personnel est complètement indifférent aux besoins du client et regarde les clients avec un air exaspéré lors de discussion.
On y retournera jamais.
Fairly ordinary service.
Staff absolutely not interested in providing even minimal customer service.
Always a negative response to any request.
The staff are completely indifferent to the needs of the customer and look at customers with an exasperated air during discussion.
We will never stay there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai fait entretenir 2 paires de ski pour enfants et 1 planche pour enfant @ 40$/unité.
1) Tu dois payé d'avance (!)
2) Le délai a largement excédé ce qui avait mainte fois été entendu au départ.
3) Ils te disent qu'ils ont perdu les skis et les retrouvent in extrémiste.
4) Mes observations : la qualité du travail est très en dessous des attentes normales. Mes équipements sont encore très grafignés, ils n'ont clairement pas été poncé comme une shop professionnel (Sport Expert, Oberson, pro shop de montagne, etc..). Et de me faire répondre que c'est toujours comme ça, que le gars a beaucoup d'expérience et que ce n'est pas si grave les égratignures...
Personnellement, je fais entretenir mes planches depuis 27 ans et jamais une planche n'était revenue "entretenue" dans un si sale état.
La qualité se perd.
Je ne recommande aucunement. J'aurais dû lire les avis ici AVANT.

I had 2 pairs of children's skis and 1 children's board maintained @ $ 40 / unit.
1) You have to pay in advance (!)
2) The deadline greatly exceeded what had been heard many times at the start.
3) They tell you that they have lost the skis and find them in extremist.
4) My observations: the quality of the work is far below normal expectations. My equipment is still very scratched, it has clearly not been sanded like a professional shop (Sport Expert, Oberson, pro mountain shop, etc.). And to make me answer that it is always like that, that the guy has a lot of experience and that scratches are not that bad ...
Personally, I have had my boards serviced for 27 years and never has a board returned "serviced" in such a dirty condition.
The quality is lost.
I do not recommend it at all. I should have read the reviews here BEFORE.
