★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just picked up my 2018 SQ5 and I am actually overwhelmed with the quality of service and professionalism. My experience started with the convenience of a loaner car to start, followed by an informative breakdown of required service and recommendations. Once I approved the required repairs the vehicle was ready for pick up the very next day. I have been an Audi owner for 15 years and it is always a struggle to find someone knowledgeable and experienced to work on my vehicles. I am completely satisfied with the service and would confidently recommend them to friends, family and co-workers. Classy job guys!!! I'm very thankful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great pre service assessment of a few items needing check up. Wheel alignment done with new High-tech machine. Combine with a courtesy car and ongoing communication during the day to keep me informed of progress.
It was a first visit but it was a very good one. My Q7 will return for next services. Keep it up ottostadt.

They were incredibly professional and communicated with us every step of the way. Johnathan and David took the time to educate me on the inner workings of the vehicle and ensured that we understood why they believed certain components would need to be replaced. Johnathan kept us updated on the progress the entire time.
Easily the best mechanic I've ever been to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in and asked for a quote for a timing chain and that was all I asked for. Received a quote for a timing chain. They then would not honour the quote unless I had them fix a bunch of other random stuff not at all related to the timing chain job.. They accepted to do the quote and charged me for the quote but then would not do the work. The service person actually told me that they wanted “the bread and butter work” or they wouldn’t touch my car. They can make that choice but why charge me for a quote that you won’t honour.
Beware of this over priced shop.

The level of service at ottostadt is simply exemplary. They found things that were clearly not attended to in the past. I highly recommend this team for any work on your German car, they know their stuff!!!
