★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast and friendly staff.. there are a few things that i did not enjoy. I had asked for my battery to be replaced with the new one i had on passenger seat. It was not done, aswell as multiple problems after car was fixed ( heater not working, washer fluid sprayers not working. )
These thongs were working before my accident, and now they are not.
Very disapointed.
The body work they did perform looks really good, and matches perfectly. Impressed by that work, but not with the lack of work that was done underhood.
If rectified i will change my review standings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My insurance sent me here to get my bumper changed after a fender bender, they replaced the bumper and about a month later I see that a piece that you insert in the bumper (basically a sealer) had fallen off the bumper. I explain it to James from fix auto and he said to bring it in. On my way to them my windshield cracked from a chip of a rock. James looked at my car and said that it's weird that price came off and said he will replace it but asked me to please not say anything to my insurance company about this because they will get a bad review.. when I mentioned my windshield he said that I.should ask my insurance to get the work done at his shop and basically guilt tripped me by saying they haven't had much service since the lock down and that he had to lay off afew people in the office and he would appreciate it. I called my insurance company saying I would like the work done there and I brought my car in on Thursday February 11 2021.. on the Friday I went to pick it up and 20 minutes after getting my car a lady had to tell me to pull over because my tire is very flat. I pulled over and it was deflated to the ground it was -23 outside, I was stuck on a main road. I called and left a message for James. I spent my weekend spending 300$ on getting two new tires and to get them changed. James called me back the Monday and said that there is no proof that its there fault. How is it that I made sure to check my tires the night of bringing it to the shop and they are fine and then it comes back flat? It doesn't make any sense. He said without proof he can't pay me for the tires. I don't appreciate that they don't take responsibility for their actions.
