Nothing was written down (except for the snow tires - I had a text from the sales person on that). They charged me for safety, didn't repair the paint and wouldn't honor the snow tires commitment. Offered me $200 cash instead. Their excuse was the car I got was already a good deal. Wouldn't go back again. If you buy from them make sure everything is in writing AND in the contract otherwise you can kiss your deals goodbye.

There was also a person that greeted us at the entrance and he was super nice. Once we had decided to buy the Van we were sent to Emile at accounting. We did not feel pressured to get the extended warranty or any of the other products he offered us. All in all, for my wife and I, this was our best experience to buy a car in 12 years. Will recommend to friends and family.

When I arrived at this location looking to upgrade my Ram to a better truck, I met Guy Samson a sales representative. I would 1000% recommend Kollbec Gatineau Jeep Ram to anyone looking to upgrade or buy for the first time. I would also recommend Guy Samson as he is a professional who works hard to get you into something that works financially all the while respecting your budget and you as a person. Buying a vehicle is a big decision for anyone and Guy Samson made my experience smooth and easy. This place is awesome and I will be back here to get a vehicle for my wife based on the experience I had. My business will now be with Kollbec Gatineau and most definitely with Sales Rep Guy Samson. Many, many thanks Kollbec Gatineau! This place is AWESOME!!!!!

It was in good faith but they should advise the customer about the free wash though, some people are picky with who or what washes their car. I suddenly had a huge scratch on my door. Can't prove it was them so I'll move on. The fellow at the counter explained that oil changes and brake pads are free if I continue to do my maintenance (not free) at the dealership. There's still reluctance to provide proper paper documentation to the customer so I'll adjust my review slightly for now but they need pamphlets on the service and sale counter for transparency. If I see them next time I go in, I'll modify my score. They did indeed put in some effort to appease my critique so I'll give them that too. Original review: Free* oil change and brake pads (VIP program) that came with the new vehicle is a total lie. They require you to pay 59.95$ every year for the membership. When I bought the truck, I asked for a pamphlet about the program to read the fine print but was given all sorts of excuses that they didn't have one and that I shouldn't be so mistrustful. I heard good things about the competence of the service department from someone in the auto service sector but I'm less impressed with the sales. I'll just head on over to my other local shop I like to deal with and keep all the receipts.
