On my way to Montreal I was concerned about a sound coming from under the hood of my Buick, the service personel understood my concern and right away offered to do a quick scan to figure out the issue so I could be on my way in confidence that my car would make it. In no time we figured out the problem, my concern was resolved and on my way I went. Thank you for the fabulous service!

Patrick was so professional and knowledgeable about the cars in the store. I was not sure what to get but he helped me identify my needs as a buyer. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the deal I was getting. His honesty and organisation behind it all made this so easy and stress-free. I definitely recommend him!

I live no where near Dilawri but take my car only here. The service department is incredible, a really well run!! Reliable, fair and honest. Highly recommend!

Basic customer service, Acadia went in for a leaking oil pan gasket, which they didn't have...gaskets take so much room. (sarcasm for the non mechanically inclined)...what is the part guy doing? The 2 stars comes from the fact that they did a warranty job and neglected to top up the coolant fluid that is clearly low and any back yard mechanic would have noticed. Since they replaced the oil pan gasket they had to refill the oil and should have noticed the coolant being low because you're under the hood and it's quite visible. A good dealership would pressure wash the outside of your car and would have topped up the windshield washer...you know...to thank their loyal customers...simple customer satisfaction....

I had my first experience with this dealership today. I'm happy to say it was a very positive one. Even though I had no appointment and they were booked up until next week, I was able to drop off my car and have it diagnosticated within 4 hours of drop-off. My issue was quite stressful, so this alone was a huge relief. They also had a well-organized shuttle service. On top of that, all the staff were so kind and polite. This really makes a big difference when handling car trouble and helped put me at ease. There was no pressure to take the more expensive option to fix my car and they were very patient with my questions. If you live in the Gatineau area, I would highly recommend this dealership.

I went to look for a new truck today. Sales rep. Christian became rude when he figured out i wasn't buying today. I literally got ditched in the parking lot for another customer. Still gonna get that new truck, maybe just somewhere i can get basic customer service at least.

I want to share my experience with this place and some advice that might help some people in the future if they're going to buy a used car from this place. As usual when customers come to a car dealer they will be introduce to the sell manger who will introduced you to one of his staff to help you on your purchase. The manger was very welcoming and introduce me to a guy who offer his help. I saw the car and I tried to ask him a few questions he answered some and said he will contact me to answer the other questions. When he called me he gave me a false answers which lead me to loose about $2000. So my advice here is to ensure to ask more than one person about essential questions regarding your purchase. Ask to speak with the financial department about your questions regarding the price and the tax and any other concerns about money. The second part tries not to ask them to transport your car from their location to yours. In my case, they cause damage to the vehicle for sure they did pay for replacing the damage, but this causes a lot of time and effort. So you will loose time and money. In those circumstances for sure really people attitudes shows up, the sells mangers was very unprofessional and was so rude. You will go through a very hard time speaking with him through the phone, and the only way is to go to the store. Dealing with him was not a good experience at all. On the other hand, the car was in good condition since I did make sure everything was going well. Make sure when you deal with them to verify the exact time when you will be receiving your car. Overall, bad experience, and I will never go there again or advise anyone to go there unless this place is the only option. People in the parts section and the reception were so friendly, though. :) I saw the dealer reply, and I want to mention that I spoke with Roger Kochhar when I had this issue to ask him about his advice, the only thing he said to me that time was that he was not responsible for the case and I should speak with the used cars sells manger at that time. So nothing was done on his behalf. Thanks for the replay, though, which means the dealership is listening at least to customers' reviews. Regards
