★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So friendly! I came to visit a car here and from the receptionist to one of the owners, everyone was so friendly. Unfortunately I didn't realize the car was a two door (didn't pay enough attention to the ad - my bad. And I wanted a four door so I didn't buy) But I hope to find a car through them because they immediately put me at ease due to being so forthcoming, helpful and kind. They said right away that if there were any issues with the car they would be fixed and it would be safetied before I drove it off the lot. I did not buy a car here but after visiting a few grumpy, unhelpful tune-up places - these guys were a breath of fresh air.

Received feedback on condition of my winter tires, brakes, etc. Friendly staff clearly focused on customer service! Yearly detailing and rustproofing already booked!

It's like a brand new vehicle...looks new and smells new. We will definitely make this a regular thing going forward with our vehicles and will only go to Luxe. Kyle was quick to respond to my inquiry and rescheduled the appointment immediately when we needed to move the date. Thanks to Kyle and your excellent staff!

The service is so good that they keep you coming back for more! (In a good way! ) Rust proofing, Tire swaps and storage, oil changes, maintenance and detailing, they do it all and they do it right, on time and with utter professionalism! Customer for life here!

I purchased a used Jetta from them, and was ordered brand new tires and black alloy rims that look absolutely beautiful. The car is in fantastic condition and I am very happy with it.
