★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great and timely service. Charles came at short notice to look at the hot tub and provided spot on advise to get it repaired and running again at minimum cost. We did the prep work, he replaced the defective parts, and now the hot tub is running again for minimum cost. Thank you!

They have figured out their way of adapting, the staff take extra care to make sure it is a safe visit, and you still can have a full shopping experience. They adapted so well in fact that I think they have improved their service overall and should continue with their new way of operating going forward after the pandemic is more under control.
Having an autoimmune disease I have not felt safe in most places for months, this was the first store I was not riddled with anxiety visiting.
And they know their stuff, which is also good.
