E	Eric Gratton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service but I’ve never waited in line for less than an hour... I don’t know if this is common to all service ontario locations but I feel somewhat annoyed with the fact that I have to wait 60+ minutes to hand over a bunch of cash for licenses, cards etc.

I always see Susie when I go, and she is very knowledgeable and friendly. Ive recommended this location to several ppl.
M	Marc Bourdeau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time that I get turn around, not being served, on a technicalities. That's not the worse part. Waiting an hour and a half in a line up just to be told that I cannot be served.
S	SRC Contracting Renovations on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ place was at its capacity. then add another 5 ppl outside (I being the last in line) . had 15 min till close,... seemed pointless. But figured I'd hang till then and see what happens.....and there She was....came out, said I was going to be the last one served; it was now 5:00pm. Only one person was served. I was assigned a duty,.... tell the next person it's closed, only if I was comfortable. I TILTED MY HEAD UP, AND SAID... IM MORE THAN COMFORTABLE... IM YOUR MAN. ........as long as I get served... I'll b on door duty. No Problem. Needless to say... I was served. placed closed.... and never got the chance to lay the law down... ? oh ya....Great staff, great service. ?
M	Mike Kuechler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always great service. Sometimes a bit of a wait, but still much quicker than other locations. The staff take more than their share of abuse from customers on occasion. Wouldn't have the patience for it myself. Great folks.

I don’t understand if you’re working a customer service job, why you have to be rude to people who just want to get their documents in order? Some lady cut in front of a guy that was behind me, before leaving I inform her about. Since myself and the other we both arrived an hour early before opening. The lady said “we’re not the police line up”, how about some great customer service and allow the guy in before that lady cut him off line. This Service Ontario is by far the worst one, no customer service, no professionalism and very rude staff. If I could zero stars I would.
J	Jennifer Grant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people there were amazing. The long wait due to only one person being available was not great. A 2 minute thing turned into a 30 minute excursion because they are under staffed. Will gladly return here since the waits at other offices are usually longer.
