J’ai choisi cette entreprise pour 2 principales raisons: Je recherchais une toile plus durable que ce que l’on retrouve habituellement sur le marché et aussi parce je voulais faire affaire avec une entrepreneur indépendant plutôt qu'une grande bannière qui procède par sous-contrats. L’expérience fut très positive: Approche professionnelle, le propriétaire prend le temps d’évaluer les besoins de ses clients, il est organisé et structuré. la toile a été très bien installée et selon l’échéancier convenu. Le travail a été effectué par le propriétaire.
Donc bref, je le recommande. Merci M. Dussault. Ma famille a eu un super été de piscine jusqu'à maintenant !
In early May 2018, I used the services of this company to have a swimming pool cover replaced. I chose this company for 2 main reasons: I was looking for a more durable canvas than what is usually found on the market and also because I wanted to do business with an independent contractor rather than a large banner that operates by sub- contracts. The experience was very positive: Professional approach, the owner takes the time to assess the needs of his clients, he is organized and structured. the canvas was installed very well and according to the agreed schedule. The work was done by the owner.
So in short, I recommend it. Thank you, Mr. Dussault. My family has had a great summer in the pool so far!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai commandé une toile sur mesure. L’installation s’est super bien passée. La toile a « fitté » nickel. Dès le premier tour, c’était ajusté à la perfection. Les installateurs n’en revenaient juste pas. Je donne 6 étoiles sur 5 ! Service impeccable, largement au delà des attentes !
I ordered a custom canvas. The installation went really well. The canvas has "fitté" nickel. From the first turn, it was adjusted to perfection. The installers just did not come back. I give 6 out of 5 stars! Impeccable service, far beyond expectations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service! Installation rapide, professionnelle et vraiment une expérience agréable. Ça parait que ça fait plus de 25 ans qu'il fait ça. La qualité de la toile est superbe et les conseils vraiment pertinent et éducatif. On pensait devoir changer la piscine cette année ou dans les 5 prochaines; finalement, grâce à Plaisir H2O, on va pouvoir prolonger la duré de vie de notre installation pour encore 15 ans.

Excellent service! Quick, professional installation and a truly pleasant experience. It seems he's been doing this for over 25 years. The quality of the web is superb and the advice really relevant and educational. We thought we would have to change the pool this year or in the next 5; finally, thanks to Plaisir H2O, we will be able to extend the lifespan of our installation for another 15 years.
