This was our first experience with this company, and we are pleased to say that Rob's service call was skilled, efficient and informative. Rob discovered a couple of issues with our fireplace that reduced it's performance and effectively resolved them. Each step of the way, Rob communicated clearly what he was doing and why, offering us a better understanding of the mechanics of our fireplace, for which we are grateful. Today, our unit looks new and functions beautifully. We would recommend this business without reservation.
