L	Lucien Seguin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The woman who did the blood work was efficient but could use a receptionist. Had to wait 10 minutes outside initially cause nobody at the reception desk. (Oct. 27, 2020) Because of Covid-19, you have to knock and wait for someone to unlock the door.
C	Caroline Parent on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible! Got there at 7:20 when they open at 7:30. Already 5 persons in fromt of me. 7:40 the guy that works there arrives! (10 minutes late). Well, on top of being late, he is the receptionist and the technician! Finally, after waiting for 1 hour outside, it was my turn. I got inside, gave him my request and presented my OHIP card. He could not care less about the card and did not even look at it! He directed me to the chair and only said two words the whole time: which arm! It's terrible....next time I'll go somewhere else!

J	Julie Godard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m handicapped and was parked at the nearest door of the blood work station. They have too many notices of sheets very confusing. Had to walk all the way at the where the one door was unlocked and she explained to just knock at their door and that I still had time as they closed at noon for lunch. Was very disappointed with their system as all doors were locked except at the cardiology and lungs area? So I had arrived at 11:45am had to knock a few times? the lady at the blood work didn’t served me as she explained they close for lunch at 12:00pm and she still had a patient waiting. To come back at 1pm so as I was starting my vehicle a vehicle arrived and parked and he also was trying to open the door a few times and she let him in?? I understand if they are short staff but they should be more efficient & organized and have more then one staff there?? And I mean I was the only one outside.

Knock on the door, wait a minute, knock on the door again, wait another minute, hang around for another 8 minutes knocking on the door every minute or so. Finally someone comes over and unlocks the door. Went to give them the req form and health card and see that there was a receptionist sitting low behind the desk the whole time...just horrible service and complete lack of respect for the clientele. After all that turns out they couldn't even do one of the tests on the req form and I had to go elsewhere. Complete waste of time. Save yourself trouble and go somewhere else.

Today, I booked a little bit of time off and hurried from work to be able to get my blood work done. Showed up at 11:50 am. When I arrived the lab tech told me to come back another day or after 1pm or go somewhere else….because her lunch starts at noon I guess and my blood tests were going to take her more than 5 minutes to do. I was the only patient here. What is wrong with this health care system!

D	David on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here on a Monday morning first thing when they opened. No line ups, and the process was very smooth. There were two technicians working, one working reception and another drawing blood. In and out of there within 30 mins. They were very friendly too.
