★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found my new HVAC guys. Air conditioner wasn't working so I called Ottawa HVAC Inc. They gave me a time the technician would be here for SAME DAY service. Raymond was friendly and professional and followed COVID-19 precautions. He explained the problem, replaced the part, checked everything over to make sure everything was in good order and was on his way. I know nothing about air conditioners. He could have run up a bill for anything and I would not have had a clue. Instead, $150 for labour and $75 for the part and my air conditioner is running great! So very happy with this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, clean and they take the time to explain things to you! Very professional and they stay within budget. They clearly identify every thing that has been checked out, the condition it was found in and if something needs to be repaired. Very client service oriented. They clean after themselves and first class company. I had repairman Sam and he is just the best! Explains everything that is required on your air handler, furnace, etc. He's the best!
Many in our building have opted for Ottawa HVAC and everyone is fully satisfied. I am President of the Board of Directors of a fairly large building. We strongly recommended Ottawa HVAC to all Owners in the building

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We absolutely were blown away with how well our new furnace purchase unfolded. We looked around and got multiple estimates. Ottawa HVAC was very competitive and we chose them. So happy we did!
When they arrived to install our furnace, they took great care to lay down mats to the basement to ensure no footprints or dirt. Then they removed the old furnace and installed our new one. Great attention to detail, excellent work and they gladly answered all our questions. They even took the time to explain how our new thermostat worked and helped us set it up. Great value, an even better experience. Thanks Ottawa HVAC!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Currently rent a hot water tank from Vista Credit Services, but under contract to be serviced by Ottawa HVAC. Tank cracked and failed while still under warranty and now being told that Ottawa HVAC is no longer able to replace within a reasonable timeframe (>2 weeks before replacement possible). While I understand that this is an independent company from Vista credit services, I am disappointed that I'm being left without hot water indefinitely until another company can be found.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you purchase one of the best furnace on the market, you also want the best contractor to install it - which seems to be the most important step for a furnace replacement (based on my research). I finally stopped my choice on Ottawa HVAC inc and they really have not disappointed me. Not only did they do a clean / professional job with the installation, they were also readily available when needed afterwards which was critical for me (big thanks to Samuel). Jim’s team has exceeded my expectations. I would strongly recommend them...and this is not a fake review.

After finding out we needed a new furnace and AC unit, Amy was quick to answer our questions and get us in touch with Jim to figure out our options and what we actually needed for our home. Pricing and details on the products were provided right away and all questions were answered making us feel good with our decision to move forward with this HVAC company. A big shout out to the technicians, Cody and Joseph, who spent a whole day getting the job done, on an extremely hot day none the less. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we purchased our home a few years ago and realized we needed a new AC and Furnace we called Ottawa HVAC and they came right away. They were amazing. Their staff were efficient, friendly, professional and they did a fantastic job all at a good price. Since then they have continued provide services for us such as natural gas, duct cleaning and any general maintenance. We also recently purchased and had a new water tank installed where his team once again did outstanding job . We will always rely on Jim and his amazing team for all of our HVAC needs!
