We just choose the 16pc with salad and fry
But we should throw away more then half.
Because that was really hard and super dry
I think they just fried more then three to four time Or 2 to 3 days old of chicken.
I'm sorry to my family and sorry to chicken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a popcorn chicken/ strip bucket for ten dollars with a large fry and small gravy. Upon ordering I was told to pull over to the side and they would bring my order in 6 minutes or so. After 15 minutes I entered the restaurant and asked for my order, nobody apologized or said anything but simply gave me the order and walked away. I dont know, if you say it takes 6 minutes thats fine, but what was the extra ten and more on top of it without any sort of apology. I will stick to other locations in the future if I decide to go back to KFC. It shouldnt take almost 20 minutes to receive what is pictured below.

Got home, missing items!
Went back, they said too bad. No refund, no replacement, nothing.
Asked to speak to manager, they refused!
Don’t go there people, they don’t care a hoot about giving proper service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a horrible KFC, we got an order for $72 at the drive through and they didn't include the 2 large gravies in our order. After driving back (5 Km) they refused to fix the order. The staff even refused to get the manager to deal with this issue. Dont go here people, Popeyes is not far from this location and they care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super disappointing experience tonight. My husband and I wanted to get a poutine, and two boneless combos. I got to the window to order because their speaker was broken, and I was told they were out of tenders... that was okay with me. So I asked for the combos with just the popcorn chicken. The employee said okay. I paid, then second guessed the amount. Another employee handed us the food, and I asked "just to double check, this is a poutine, two popcorn chicken, and two fries.?" He said no, it's two popcorn chicken and a poutine.
I asked if I could pay for two fries, and he said "nah, we changed the fries for a poutine."
I wasn't sure what to say, so I just accepted it figuring they didn't feel like adding new fries to the fryer, which I get, having worked in fast food.
I got home, and the poutine was ice cold (I live literally 2 mins away), and there was one serving of the chicken, not two like I was told.
Super disappointed in the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where to start. They open late and can't be bothered to unlock their door. Undercooked drumstick, dry chicken patty on a dry bun (no lettuce on the sandwich), cold fries. Just close your "restaurant". No wonder why this location is never busy.
