★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and staff are always in a good mood and happy to serve customers. They offer advice about products and give awesome recommendations. The best part is they offer a rewards program for eventual percentage discounts of up to 20% off! I've never seen another store in Ottawa offer this as of yet. Their location is great and the service is fast! Me and my partners go to for cannibis products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going there now for last few months because clerk mentioned rewards points system in the Fall, so I signed up. Despite giving them my info each time I am in the store and purchasing products, almost none of the clerks have put my orders in the system to earn points. They say yes, ‘it is in there’ and then hand me only a debit receipt I check at home, no additional points, no need to be loyal if there are no rewards, there are 6 other shops the same distance from me.

Their tv is inconvenient for looking at their types of products unlike other dispensary they have Ipads where you can browse.
They also like to delete their 1 star reviews on google.
Other dispensaries have never given us any issues and honestly are much better then this place.
Instead of owning up to their actions they like to lie and say that our experience never happened, which it did? We wouldn't write a one star review for nothing?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got denied service at this place due to a medical exemption and the manager was making up rules and laws and policies on the spot about how I can’t shop there and how she needs medical proof or a dr note from me in order to be able to shop there. When my girlfriend wrote a review about our experience at the store. instead of apologizing and trying to make things right with us they just crapped all over her review trying to convince her she was in the wrong and then deleted her review. We’ve also noticed this with other bad reviews on this place, instead of making things right with the customers they just try and convince you that you’re in the wrong. Don’t waste your time with this place when they are many other place with good prices and good service.

Using cannabis for the first time can seem challenging, this is why you should go here. These folks are empathetic, friendly, and passionate about helping you get it right. For more experienced consumers, the staff are good to discuss more advanced options and alternatives. It's a classy shop and that's how you feel when you leave.
I have a hard time going somewhere else because of the exceptional service.
