They provided a plan to determine the problem, with an estimated cost and once they determined the problem gave me costed options for repair. The repair was completed shortly after receiving the part. I will definitely think of them the next time I have a problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A1 service! Very knowledgeable staff. The technician diagnosized all three of my laptops that I brought for repairs and he proffered a very cost-effective solution to my problem. To my surprise, he figured out the problem with one of the laptops that another big name computer repair shop had declared too expensive to repair. The problem turned out to be just a broken piece of hing plastic. Thank you GCOM Support Services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience! My laptop wasn’t working well and I was able to bring it the next day. The diagnosis didn’t take long and they pin pointed the issue. The only reason I didn’t give a five star is because I am getting the repair done elsewhere as I found a lower cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMAZING and quick service for an extremely reasonable price. Best Buy would not even look at my MAC stating that if there was water damage they could not retrieve my data. They were more interested in selling me protection which I refused six times. I felt pressured which clients should not have to go through when purchasing a new computer. I highly recommend GCOM Support Services to everyone who needs repairs. AMAZING client service. Thank you, thank you.
