Le technicien ne s'est JAMAIS présenté, et malgré ma relance par courriel, JAMAIS on ne m'a recontacté pour s'expliquer ou s'excuser. Après coup, je me dis que ce service exécrable m'a rendu un grand service! Je suis très content de ne pas avoir procédé à l'achat d'une unité de climatisation avec eux!
 We had an appointment at home for an inspection. The technician NEVER introduced himself, and despite my reminder by email, I was NEVER contacted again to explain or apologize. Afterwards, I tell myself that this terrible service has done me a great service! I am very glad that I did not purchase an air conditioning unit with them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible expérience. Nous les avons appelé pour un problème avec notre fournaise électrique un samedi pour rétablir le chauffage dans la maison. Quand ils sont arrivés ils ont prétendu faire des travaux, ont simplement bouger le damper et ont dit que notre problème serait réglé, nous étions sceptique et puis après qu'ils soient repartis le problème était toujours là. Ils nous ont chargé 200$ (tarif weekend) + 50$ de frais de déplacement (non mentionné au téléphone pour prendre le rendez-vous) donc 287$ avec les taxes et toujours sans chauffage pour un petit 30 minutes de n'importe quoi. Quand on les a rappelé ils nous ont dit ce n'est pas leur service le problème mais notre appareil est défectueux! Franchement nous les avons appelé pour une réparation de notre appareil. Horrible experience. We called them about a problem with our electric furnace on a Saturday to restore heat to the house. When they arrived they pretended to do some work, just moved the damper and said our problem would be fixed, we were skeptical and then after they left the problem was still there. They charged us $ 200 (weekend rate) + $ 50 for travel expenses (not mentioned on the phone to make the appointment) so $ 287 with taxes and still without heating for a little 30 minutes of anything. When we called them back they told us it's not their service the problem but our device is defective! Frankly we called them for a repair of our device. Awful customer service, awful attitude, scammers, really. Never again for us. Alexandr Baril, PhD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They answered the phone with a grunted 'allo' rather than the business name. That should have been the first warning. Arranged to come early afternoon on a specific day and I took time off work to meet them. When I called at 3PM to ask where they were, then said earliest will be 4:30 PM. When I asked why they didn't call to let me know sooner, they didn't care. Would not do any business with these clowns again. Unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Watch out they charge you $45 travelling fee to come to your house then $95 per hour. MINIMUM 1 HOUR . I was charged $45 to spray water to clean and cool my air conditioner.
$215 later and the problem is not fixed. Waste of time and money these people do not value their customers time or their money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst company ever. My appointment was book last week for today. Nobody showed up. I called twice to check. The girl said he is on his way to my place. After an hour I called again. She said the guy came and nocked on the door and rang the doorbell. Instead of trying to call me to check if I’m at home or even giving me a heads up he will be coming, he left and decided to call the girl to let her know that he’s done with the estimation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Zero customer service. Zero on-time for their appointments. I would give them Zero star.
