★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All went very well starting at the time that I initially rented the unit until the time that I terminated the rental. The unit was clean and ready and accessibility was very easy. The RENTAL AGREEMENT terms were well explained to me and a copy was provided. The termination was very well done as well. I dealt with the same person throughout the term (I forget her name) and she was very professional and competent. All in all a positive experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team I dealt with was professional curtious respectful and all around gave me excellent service. They went beyond there jobs as far as I'm concerned. I had made several changes and Jaden never got impatient or rude. Jaden is the one that personally dealt with me on all my calls, all changes and was more than happy to accommodate me. They all deserve a raise in my opinion as a professional owning my own bunesses and running big businesses. Tks alot Jaden and the other 2 young men that assisted when I moved in on the 20th of May. You will be be highly recommended. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pam was very helpful, finding a solution to a contract issue where an ill person was not able to come in to sign the documents. Even with the huge storm in Ottawa which took out their phones and Internet service, Pam was efficient and was able to help us out.

Staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to meet your storage needs, tell you about deals and show you physically the locker to ensure that it's the size you require.

The lockers are clean, easy access and the prices are actually affordable.
I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage locker. They have a wide range of sizes to accommodate your needs & regular run promotions that help with the cost to start.
