★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mauvaise qualité de service au téléphone. J'explique que j'appelle pour prendre rendez-vous pour mon ado. On me demande ce qu'il y a sur la requête (le requête que j'ai à l'entête de la clinique d'échographie de l'Outaouais, avec adresse info de contact, etc.). J'explique. On me met en attente et en revenant, la dame me demande d'envoyer la requête par courriel et on me rappellera. Je le fais et j’attends.
1 mois plus tard, je rappelle et on me dit d'un ton sec qu'ils ne traitent pas les personnes sous 18ans pour ce genre d'examen, monsieur. Elle avait peut-être une mauvaise journée, cette réceptionniste. J'avais pourtant bien expliqué le tout à la première personne.
Donc, d'après mon expérience, la personne avec qui je transige pourrait ne pas savoir ce dont elle parle (comme la première qui m'a fait envoyer la requête pour une personne mineure), ou pourrait ne pas respecter son engagement (de me rappeler) ou je lui fais perdre son temps parce que je devrait savoir que je dois aller à CHEO pour une ado.
 Poor quality of service over the phone. I explain that I call to make an appointment for my teenager. I am asked what is on the request (the request that I have at the head of the Outaouais ultrasound clinic, with contact info address, etc.). I explain. They put me on hold and when I come back, the lady asks me to send the request by email and they will call me back. I do it and I wait.
1 month later, I call back and I am told in a dry tone that they do not treat people under 18 for this kind of examination, sir. Maybe the receptionist had a bad day. I had however explained everything well in the first person.
So, in my experience, the person with whom I am dealing may not know what he is talking about (like the first one who sent me the request for a minor), or may not respect his commitment (to me remember) or I'm wasting her time because I should know that I have to go to CHEO for a teenager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvaise expérience avec cette clinique. La secrétaire ne répond jamais au téléphone. J'ai essayé par courriel et j'ai jamais eu de réponse. Il faut se déplacer pour avoir un rendez vous. La secrétaire essaye de challenger l'idée du médecin pour accepter ou refuser sa requête. Ils disent qu'ils envoient les résultats dans 24h à 72h, j'ai attendu 5 jours pour découvrir que mon médecin n'a pas reçu les résultats. Il fallait que je déplace moi meme pour les avoir et les ramener a mon medecin. Un service cher et mauvais.
Very bad experience with this clinic. The secretary never answers the phone. I tried emailing and never got a response. You have to travel to have an appointment. The secretary tries to challenge the doctor's idea to accept or refuse his request. They say they send the results in 24 to 72 hours, I waited 5 days to find out my doctor has not received the results. I had to move myself to have them and bring them back to my doctor. Expensive and bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tres mauvaise experience...Receptionniste incompetente et impolie. Attente de 30minutes pour passer mon ultrason. Vessie pleine en plus...Technologue pressee, m'a a peine parle puis m'a dit qu'elle ne voyait pas mes organes et qu'il fallait faire une autre etape en interne. Tres peu d'explication donnee et inconfortable ++. J'ai deja eu cet examen a une clinique sur Greber et ca s'etait tres bien passee. Eviter cette clinique sur de l'Hopital. J'ai du payer en plus...
Very bad experience ... Incompetent and rude receptionist. Waiting 30 minutes for my ultrasound. Full bladder and more ... Technologist in a hurry, barely spoke to me then told me that she could not see my organs and that another step had to be done internally. Very little explanation given and uncomfortable ++. I already had this test at a clinic in Greber and it went very well. Avoid this clinic on the Hospital. I had to pay more ...

+ Able to get an appointment within 48 hours of calling
+ Results will be ready in 2 business days
+ Professional and friendly receptionist and technician, who were also patient with my French :-)
+ Nice office (even though the building doesn't look like anything special)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location on Taschereau looks horrible from the outside, but at least it's nice from the inside. If you are offered an appointment on Maloney though, I would highly recommend you decline. We went there for an ultrasound following complications, it's been 12 days now and our doctor still has not received the results (only preliminary).
Also, on the day of the scan, they were not able to print invoices. I was told I'd get it the next day but that didn't come either, I had to call again to get the invoice.
If that wasn't enough, the Maloney location is a tiny office, you have to wait in the entry hall basically, no reception area, two chairs, it's not enough to go there expecting bad news but the place itself makes you feel worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly rude staff. From the young impolite receptionist unable to be courteous even when you pay from your own pocket (this is private remember), to the radiologist who manipulates you harshly and without compassion whatsoever for your pain during the exam. It’s in addition a private and expensive clinic.
You get worst treated than in the public sector but you have to pay handsomely from your own pocket.
Avoid at all costs.

I called for an appointment and they took me the next day. Receptionist was efficiente and very pleasant.
Great staff, fabulous technicien that did my ultrasound ( and I have had many at other places and they are not always very good or very kind )
Very clean and modern facility. All the proper precautions were in place and taken for Covid.
Highly recommended.
