★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They screw with your prescriptions and blame it on the doctor. Avoid this place. Pharmacy staff is very rude. They think it is funny when your prescriptions get messed up. If there was a place to report them for their bad service I would be doing that now. This isn't the first time they messed up. Also, they were supposed to call me back yesterday and didn't. You guys just suck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get Extra Strength Advil. They told me I had to wait 30 minute for the pharmacist. I also had other items but I would have to go to the front cash to pay for the other items. Very dissappointed. I ended up leaving everything and going to the next pharmacy a little down the street. This is not the first time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been with Pharmaprix for years and down the line the quality of pill containers and staff has gone way down. You don't get notified when your prescription is running low and if you need them to send a fax out for renewal they charge 10$. Your better off bringing your business to a smaller pharmacy that cares more about their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Staff that actually works in the Shoppers is great. But the pharmacy is disorganized and the staff seem to not care about service. Numerous times my wife has called in to place an order for a refill on a prescription. They tell her I can pick it up in a few hours. I always give them WAY MORE TIME , even hours to pick up the order from when they tell me to come in, and without fail almost every visit they tell me the order was not placed.
The best part is, one time this Pharmacy tech tells me they are have to fill the other orders because they were first. I had to make myself clear that my wife called in 5 hours ago for this, which means this should have been done already.
Anyways no use venting about something that will never change. Just avoid this location and take your business elsewhere if you can.
