★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best in the Ottawa/Gatineau region hands down, English or French - its best to go with Erick if your buying in Quebec. We previously went with another very reputable inspector in the area for a previous house purchase but still had major issues after the inspection. Eric was completely different and a professional in all aspects. Our most recent potential purchase inspection came in over 100 pages and gave us clarity in our decision making process. Will definitely be using him for all future transactions.

While conducting the inspection of the building I was thinking of buying, he walked me through every detail with clear explanations and always provided me with lots of opportunities to ask more questions. He pointed out all the potential areas of risks and concerns, in order to give me more perspective on what I may actually be buying. When the inspection was finished, he also stayed behind to discuss the situation a little further with me, which helped me make a final decision. He provided me a detailed and clear inspection report within 24hrs, which was around 150 pages, outlining every aspect of the inspection with photos and descriptions.
In the end, I did not buy the building and I am very happy that I had Érick as an inspector throughout the process as I think he represents the gold standard of what all inspectors should be. Thank you very much for everything!
