★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I have used Stephen on two occasions, and were extremely pleased with his thoroughness, professionalism, punctuality and the time he spent explaining what he was finding and seeing during the inspections. Stephen also provided the written report to us very quickly, as we were on a tight timeline for conditions. On one occasion, Stephen identified a leak from the instant hot water tank enabling us to repair the issue before it caused any major damage.
We would absolutely recommend A Home Check to prospective home buyers, and anyone else who needs a quality home inspection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stephen was very responsive to my email and showed up right on time on the day of the inspection. He is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I followed him throughout the inspection and he pointed all areas that I need to look into, while explaining how severe the issues are. The infrared imaging is definitely an added bonus as I was able to see a room that has insulation issues. I really appreciated Stephen's honesty in explaining what needs to be done immediately, short term and long term. The report was sent to me in the afternoon, three hours after the inspection. I surely will recommend Stephen to anyone for their house inspection. Thank you Stephen!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stephen was fantastic and exceptionally professional. As a first time home buyer the entire experience can be overwhelming but Stephen went through the house with a great eye for detail. He pointed out things I missed and provided a very detailed report of his findings. I also recommend him running a lateral sewer line check. The entire inspection was well worth it!
