★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Claude inspected a house my husband and I wanted to buy. Not only was he prompt in ensuring that we received all necessary documentation before the visit, he was well prepared, and knowledgeable during the visit. He took his time, he answered our questions, and he was thorough. He is fluent in English, and submitted his report the same day. He offered to write the report in either language which I greatly appreciated. He was very honest about some of the minor repairs needed, and advised on what to do. He gave candid feedback on the state of the house which thankfully was very limited as the house is in very good condition. I found him honest, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. I did not feel silly in asking questions, he was engaged, and never hesitated to answer.
