This is a hidden gem. This salon not only offers the best quality products (at a great price) but also one of the best, tailored, customer service I have ever come accross. They really do go through all of the products features with you and advise you on the best product for your hair type. I have dicovered this place a year ago and have since then bought all of my products there (on top of that they gift you 20$ for every 100$ spent, before taxes). They carry great brands too, i.e Kevin Murphy, MoroccanOil, etc. and their prices seem to always be inferior to that of Amazon or Ebay after shipping. Check it out if you haven't, it's definitely worth a visit!

NOT A SALON FOR KIDS I first want to start by saying I am not one to write reviews. However, I am so disappointed in this salon's service, especially with children. Below is a detail of events. 1. The address and company name are not updated online. I made an appointment through "the spa & beauty boudoir", it turns out they changed their name to "Cachet Urbain" and moved locations. Therefore, my husband and I presented to the wrong address for my son's first haircut and were a few minutes late for his appointment. 2. The hairdresser was not ready to receive us at the time of the appointment, despite calling the salon to let them know we would be a few minutes late due to the above inconsistencies in their address. 3. Before making an appointment, I called the salon to confirm they did haircuts for 21 months old, to which they responded yes. When my husband and I showed up for my son's first-ever haircut, he was happy, calm, and curious, although he did not want to leave my arms. The hairdresser insisted that my son sits on a kid's booster seat. She told me to pass him to her to help move the process along. She took him out of my arms, and my son began to yell and cry hysterically in fear. She told my husband and I to go to the car as we would make the situation worse by being present with our son. I asked her if I could hold my son while she cut his hair as he was cooperative in my arms. However, she denied. She voiced that if he moved while she was cutting his hair, she would stop, and it would be over. She continued by telling me that she has 10 years of experience, and this happens all the time and that "maybe it's not that my son is not ready; it's me." Multiple factors significantly escalated events from the hairdresser's approach to her attitude. A little compassion, patience, and warmth would have eased the situation. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a traumatic experience for all of us. We ended up taking my son out of the hairdresser's arms and leaving. To all moms out there seeking to get their child's FIRST haircut, this is NOT the place. My husband and I are still in shock with the whole event and how it unfolded. Save yourself and your child the emotional exhaustion and go someplace that has patience and time for your little one!
