Visite#1 : La jeune fille qui m'a servi au comptoir des prescriptions m'a littĂ©ralement oubliĂ©.... j'avais appelĂ© d'avance donc ma prescription Ă©tait dĂ©jĂ  prĂȘte mais j'ai quand mĂȘme attendu 30 minutes. J'ai mĂȘme confirmĂ© avec elle que ma prescription Ă©tait en prĂ©paration et qu'elle appellerait mon nom....Quand elle a croisĂ© mon regard 30 minutes plus tard elle m'a demandĂ© "c'est Ă  quel nom? " j'ai compris qu'elle avait oubliĂ©. Visite #2 : J'Ă©tais incertaine du nom de ma prescription mensuelle, puisque Ă  ce moment j'utilisais plusieurs mĂ©dicaments en mĂȘme temp et elle Ă©tait nouvelle... La dame m'a donnĂ© une prescription qui n'Ă©tait pas renouvelable.. un vieux mĂ©dicament pour la douleur.. et m'a fait payĂ© sans que je m'en rendes compte.... je suis revenus 30min plus tard et je n'ai pu avoir aucun remboursement ou dĂ©duction quoi que ce soit. Donc vĂ©rifiez vos prescriptions avant de payer!
Visit # 1: The girl who served me at the counter prescriptions literally forgot me .... I called in advance so my prescription was already ready but I still waited 30 minutes. I even confirmed with her that my prescription was in preparation and she would call my name .... When she met my eyes 30 minutes later she asked me "what's the name?" I realized that she had forgotten. Visit # 2: I was unsure of the name of my monthly prescription, since at that time I used several drugs at the same time and it was new ... The lady gave me a prescription that was not renewable .. an old medicine for pain .. and paid me without my realizing it .... I came back 30min later and could not get any refund or deduction whatsoever. So check your prescriptions before paying!

Je suis allez à votre succursale pour avoir des mouchoirs de marque Scottie le spécial était de 9 boßtes pour le prix de 4.99 mais il en avait pas eu beaucoup pour les clients donc on m'a donné un bon d'achat diffÚre mais aprÚs plusieurs déplacements. de ma part toujours pas de kleenex mais 2 personne à mon numéro pour que la personne en charge me rappelle mais aucune nouvelles . Si pas capable d'honorer les bons différer ne pas en donner Merci ......
I'm going to your branch to get Scottie brand handkerchiefs the special was 9 boxes for the price of 4.99 but it had not been much for the customers so I was given a different voucher but after several moves . on my part still no Kleenex but 2 person to my number so that the person in charge reminds me but no news. If not able to honor the good differ not to give thanks ......

Je ne prends pas souvent le temps d’écrire un review sur google, mais je crois que c’est mon devoir d’informer le public de la trĂšs mauvaise qualitĂ© du service que j’ai reçu de cette pharmacie. Je ne sais pas quelle est l’expĂ©rience des autres, mais ma propre expĂ©rience est que le service Ă  la clientĂšle comprend trĂšs mal ce que l’on explique et il refuse de rĂ©pondre Ă  des questions d’ordres gĂ©nĂ©rales si on n’est pas un patient qu’on appel pour un ami, et ce, mĂȘme aprĂšs avoir (Ă  leur demande) montrer le passeport du patient et le Power of Attorney du patient - mĂȘme aprĂšs avoir fait affaire avec la tierce personne pendant une annĂ©e. Je suis certain que certains des employĂ©s ne sont pas heureux de travailler pour cette pharmacie, car ils nous disent toujours que ce sont des nouvelles directives. Le pharmacien qui semble ĂȘtre asiatique a une personnalitĂ© particuliĂšrement frustrant, car il tente de s'immiscer dans votre relation avec votre mĂ©decin. C'est bien quand un pharmacien peut donner des conseils, mais ce n'est pas Ă  lui de mettre des bĂątons dans les roues du mĂ©decin traitant. En gros, je veux ĂȘtre clair que personnellement, je ne ferai plus jamais affaire avec cette pharmacie qui m'a manquĂ© de respect Ă  plusieurs reprises.Tant mieux si d'autres personnes ont une expĂ©rience positive, mais ce n'est certainement pas mon cas et j'ai Ă©tĂ© forcĂ© de faire transfĂ©rer ma prescription Ă  une autre pharmacie.
I don't often take the time to write a review on google, but I think it is my duty to inform the public of the very poor quality of service that I have received from this pharmacy. I do not know what the experience of others is, but my own experience is that customer service has a very poor understanding of what is explained and refuses to answer general questions if we are not a patient who is called for a friend, even after having (at their request) show the patient's passport and the patient's Power of Attorney - even after dealing with the third person for a year. I am sure that some of the employees are not happy working for this pharmacy, as they always tell us that these are new guidelines. The pharmacist who appears to be Asian has a particularly frustrating personality as he tries to interfere in your relationship with your doctor. It is good when a pharmacist can give advice, but it is not up to them to put a spanner in the works of the attending physician. Basically, I want to be clear that personally, I will never do business with this pharmacy again, which has repeatedly disrespected me, so if other people have had a positive experience, but it is certainly not my case and I was forced to have my prescription transferred to another pharmacy.

Went here to get a free, covid rapid test this morning at around 10 am, after my daughter tested positive for covid, and I was displaying flu like symptoms. I was double masked. The pharmacist refused to give me one, because, according to her, my QC medical insurance had expired (news to me). I offered to pay. She refused again. I could see at least a dozen boxes on the shelf behind the counter, so not because of a shortage. My partner went to her pharmacy, was given a kit with 5 rapid tests, no health card asked for. We both tested positive. The pharmacist on duty when I went to this Familiprix gets a zero for compassion, zero for comprehension of the implications of a pandemic, zero for understanding of her potential role in controlling this pandemic, zero for her humanity. 11 out 10 for her bureaucratic zealotry though. I wasn't asking for opiates.
