★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, unprofessional staff for the echo they told you something and the report to the doctor it said other info. the doctor is very rude ... very bad experience and the tech who passed the echo doesn’t explain anything and she said all is good and then doctor came and change all the version now we are stuck waiting a follow up. This is other then waiting 1 hour from your appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service!! Receptionist is the rudest, most incompetent person! I seem to always fall on the same one. She talks to people with no respect. Placed an appointment for my 20 weeks ultrasound only to find out a month later (a week before my scheduled ultrasound) that she never noted down the appointment!! No apologies and she couldn't care less!! Now there's only place 3 weeks later. She's incompetent and unprofessional. Putting my appointment elsewhere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called for an Abdominal Ultrasound, got in 2 days.. Once arrived on the appointment, i didn't have to wait 5 min!.. It was super fast, super professional! highly recommended. My wife took out son to do a Spinal cord ultrasound, gave us an appointment in 2 days, also no delay.. we got in less than 5 min.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom went to specifically get an ultrasound ordered by another medical clinic where she is consulting and the male Doctor could not be bothered. He gave her his pseudo opinion that was not even specific as to what is in the problem area (arthritis probably he said) and made my mom feel like a nuisance. The ultrasound would have shed light as to what is the exact problem: water retention, fat deposit, inflamed tissue/muscles... Just terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our appointment was cancelled without informing us. We went there at 8am and they said "sorry" we will call you later to schedule another appointment. The staff are not professional and wasted our time!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my 20 weeks pregnancy ultrasound today, very bad experience. The technician was very unprofessional and she kept pressing so hard on my belly saying she want to get a clear image of the baby, this is not my first pregnancy and I know its not normal for a technician to press that much hard on my belly to the extent that it was very very painful. At the end she throw the images next to me without even telling me or handing them respectfully. She was in a hurry so she forgot to take a picture of the baby’s back and asked me to lay again & then she repeated her harsh performance again!!! My husband & I are so worried about the fetus being affected from her cruelty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just wanna share my experience in this clinic and unlike the others it was nothing like them! I did the clarté nucale ultrasound in this clinic for both of my babies within 2 years apart.
Anyway, this happened just last week..
I live so far and I wanted to make it on time that I forgot the most important thing which is my ‘prescription’!!! It was completely my fault, because without it they wouldn’t be able to perform the procedure but the front desk ladies were very helpful, and we were able to come up with something about it so I don’t have to come back again. I also wanna say how the technician who did my ultrasound, she was so sweet and really good at her job! She was informing me of every details of what she’s looking at, she made me feel comfortable and told me it’s no problem it happens (mom brain lol) because I really felt bad about the whole situation. Overall I was very much happy on my way home with all these cute printed pictures of my baby she took. It was really nice, I’m thankful as well & 100% satisfied with the customer service that day. I dont do reviews a lot but I hope this change another point of view on this clinic
