Excellent service à la clientèle, très attentionné et à l'écoute de nos besoins. On prend le temps de répondre à nos questions. Nous avons à notre disposition un vestiaire barré dans lequel on peut déposer nos vêtement et nos effets personnels. Une fois prêt à entrer dans la machine, ils s'assurent que nous sommes confortable, en prenant soin de nous offrir une couverte pour rester au chaud ainsi qu'une paire d'écouteur avec musique pour atténuer le bruit de la machine. À la fin de l'examen, on nous remet une clé usb qui comporte toutes nos images. On reçoit également notre rapport par courriel. J'y retournerais sans hésiter!
Excellent customer service, very attentive and attentive to our needs. We take the time to answer our questions. We have at our disposal a locked cloakroom in which we can store our clothes and personal effects. Once ready to enter the machine, they make sure we are comfortable, taking care to provide us with a blanket to stay warm and a pair of headphones with music to reduce the noise of the machine. At the end of the exam, we are given a usb key that contains all of our images. We also receive our report by email. I would come back without hesitating!

J'ai passé un irm vendredi le 6-08 pour un genou.Tout a été parfait. Mais sur votre site internet vous dites: résultats dans 24 ou 48 heures seulement il est 12 hrs 50 le /12-08 et je n ai toujours pas reçu le rapport.C'est décevant
I had an MRI on Friday 6-08 for a knee. Everything was perfect. But on your website you say: results in just 24 or 48 hours it's 12.50 p.m. on / 12-08 and I still haven't received the report.

Atmosphère accueillante, courtoisie, gentillesse, et humanité. Personnel attentionné. On m'a bien expliqué toutes les étapes, avant, pendant et après mon scan. Expérience très satisfaisante. Bravo et merci à toute l'équipe:-) Le seul hic, les résultats auraient dû être envoyés à mon médecin de famille sans délai car les résultats nécessitaient une prise en charge immédiate pour des soins hospitaliers. C'est finalement mon médecin qui a dû aller chercher les résultats et cette dernière m'a envoyé aux urgences. Et à l’hôpital, autre scan, et verdict plus précis. La leçon retenue: quand on a un possible problème à la tête, vaut mieux aller directement aux urgences d'un centre hospitalier.
Welcoming atmosphere, courtesy, kindness, and humanity. Attentive staff. I was well explained all the steps, before, during and after my scan. Very satisfying experience. Well done and thank you to the whole team :-) The only problem, the results should have been sent to my family doctor without delay because the results required immediate treatment for hospital treatment. It was ultimately my doctor who had to get the results and she sent me to the emergency room. And in the hospital, another scan, and a more precise verdict. The lesson learned: when you have a possible head problem, it is better to go directly to the emergency room of a hospital center.

Bel endroit et service courtois. Cependant, lorsque c'est l'hôpital qui mandate la clinique pour une IRM, le stationnement est à vos frais. On peut comprendre que ce soit moins payant d'être mandaté par le système de santé publique, mais vous pourriez mentionner d'emblée à vos clients que le stationnement est inclus ou non.
Nice place and courteous service. However, when it is the hospital that mandates the clinic for an MRI, parking is at your expense. We can understand that it pays less to be mandated by the public health system, but you could immediately mention to your customers that parking is included or not.

It’s one the worst place to do MRI, I spent 645$ to do MRI, but unfortunately I got the worst service ever. from the start I asked them to sent me the reports in English by sending English email and communicating in English language, I wanted to send my reports outside Canada and the dr doesn’t understand French. I called many times and politely requested to send me English version of my reports, but they said no we can’t. I have to pay 50 to get English reports, it’s so annoying in private clinic you can’t have your reports in English

Good service when you get there and you pay your 650$ for IRM, they tell you you will get the results inside 48 hours. A week has past now and ain't received anything yet.. been calling several times they tell me just to wait. If you want quick results go elsewhere
