Excellent experience at Léger & Associés. The staff were expedient, courteous while the machines were not antiquated. There is a small paid parking lot in the back of the building. There are small rooms and lockers for your belongings. Due to recent changes in legislation which makes ultrasounds free with RAMQ, booking ultrasounds must be done by phone on the 15th of the month for the next month. Plan ahead!

I found them very precise in diagnose. I didn't wait long, they are very punctual. Very open to answer all the questions. Before going you need to know that they are more francophone than anglophone, so they are more comfortable in giving service in French. But when I asked them to switch, I didn't find them arrogant. I am very happy with the service.

Sadly very bad experience. If you have a car, I do not recommend the clinic. There is construction everywhere and no parking. Took me 20 mins to find a parking space and they refused my appointment because I was too late. I even ran as fast as I could (with a 6 month pregnant belly hehe) and the receptionist refused immeditaly my late arrival. Tried to explain but they did not care.

I was bullied into accepting to take XRays without proper lead apron protection, like I've always had. They told me "I don't need it" and after my insistence I've received a small round patch ("you can get our smallest one") that barely covered anything. They did have regular aprons but wouldn't give me one no matter how many times I asked, and eventually they just ignored me. I can only think they didn't want to bother cleaning it afterwards, they did seem concerned they would catch something from me. They don't care about their patients at all, despite having posters everywhere claiming that they do. The wait time was over an hour, and they don't respect the 1st come 1st served rule. They also don't send the actual XRays to your doctor, only the written report, so basically their interpretation of the XRays.

Used to be such a great place, now my appointment got messed up twice, the receptionist keeps on mixing up the dates, they actually gave me an appointment on a Saturday, when they are closed, and they refuse to give an appointment for what the doctor recommended. I am really sad to see how the service has degraded, as all my previous visits were such great experiences. It's possibly just a front desk issue, but it has such a great impact ..Hope this is a temporary state.
