Je venais de faire un examen podologique le matin même dans un autre cabinet (qui m'a laissé perplexe). Habitant à côté du laboratoire EVO, j'y suis allé après un appel téléphonique chaleureux. L'équipe m'a tout de suite reçu et a été très arrangeante au regard de ma situation. Je les recommande, déjà même pour l'accueil et pour leur gentillesse. Le service semble très bon, j'attend mes orthèses avec impatience… Merci !!
 I write this notice before receiving the service until the end. In the meantime, I can assure you that you will be very well received. I had just done a podiatric examination the same morning in another office (which left me perplexed). Living next to the EVO laboratory, I went there after a warm phone call. The team received me straight away and were very accommodating in my situation. I recommend them, already even for the welcome and for their kindness. The service seems very good, I look forward to my orthotics… Thank you !!

Le problème ce pose lors de la prise de RDV l'attente en ligne est extrêmement longues tellement que j'abandonne. Peu importe l'heure ou la journée. Ces
décourageant.
The welcome and the staff are friendly.
The problem arises when making appointments, the wait in line is extremely long so much that I give up. It doesn't matter the hour or the day. Those
discouraging.

Je porte des orthèses avant bras gauche depuis plus de 30 ans déjà et je n'ai jamais été autant satisfait. Enfin une orthèse qui ne blesse pas et que je peu porter à volonté!

I am impressed with the technology used to produce such high quality, comfortable and durable orthotics. I've been wearing left forearm braces for over 30 years now and I've never been so satisfied. Finally an orthosis that does not hurt and that I can wear at will!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EVO team is Five Star. I can say this with confidence as I am a retired nurse. Since day one of my accident three years ago, Lotfie, Daniel and the rest of the office staff were there to help get me out of a wheelchair, back standing using a full leg and foot custom made brace with two Canadian crutches, and taking my first steps. Then into a knee brace and drop foot orthotic and presently walking with the use of a below the knee leg for foot drop orthotic and cane. It has been a long and difficult road to recovery for me and I could not have asked for a better team of kind, knowledgeable professionals supporting, encouraging and working along side of me, to give me back an excellent quality of life even though now I have to live with a permanent disability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tore the meniscus on my already degenerated knee in Oct. The Orthopedic sent me to EVO to have a knee brace custom fitted. Madam Caroline LaPointe was so wonderful and professional with me. They called me after almost 2 weeks to tell me that my knee brace was ready. When I went to my appointment, Madam LaPointe showed me how to put it on and how to care for it. She also called me 3 weeks later to see how I was doing. I am extremely grateful to her and the EVO team for taking care of me and helping me walk again.
