★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My doctor wrote an arthro-MRI prescription in English, it would only be logical to write the MRI report back in English. Alright, possibly lack of attention so I called them to request the report be translated from French to English as my doctor is predominantly English speaking. They kept me on-hold for 10 minutes then came back to tell me it would be $70 for an English report.
I paid for my MRI nearly $800. I'm astonished to be charged $70 for English version while French is $0. I filed a complaint and I will never go back there again.
I suggest for any English speaking person to avoid this place, there are many other alternatives with competent and bilingual staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far, getting an appointment is almost impossible because you call one number but it is for 2 different clinics. When you either reach a voicemail or get your call answered, the staff puts you on hold for another 15 mns minimum until you get fed up and call somewhere else. If you do get your call answered, chances are they will tell you that they don't have the schedule for next month yet and that they will need to call you back. So much lost time because the staff don't seem to be interested in providing you of an appointment. Better call another clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have always had a good experience, always returned calls and friendly staff, my only complaint this time is about the technician was rude to my mom , an 83 year old women is not as quick to respond to procedures, a little patience would have been appreciated. I understand due to covid19 everyone is on edge but an older person should be talked to with kindness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience here. The receptionist was very sweet and so was the Examiner. They were very patient and were always there to explain what’s necessary .Also the price was so much cheaper than the competitors , private MRI’s can be expansive , ranges from 800-1000+ , while here it was 650$ on the dot , not so cheap but better than paying 1000+ . This place is highly recommended .
