J'ai demandé des lotto en groupe avec des numéros et il m'ont donné des numéros différents. J'ai payé 20$ pour ne par avoir mes numéros.
I asked for group lotto with numbers and they gave me different numbers. I paid $ 20 not to have my numbers.

Seriously the worst 24 hours store ever!! The guy working there never opens the freaking door we disturbed him while asleeep :/ If you are not actually open 24/7 dont freaking put it on your sign

I’ve never seen a couchetard closes between 18:30 to 20:00 what is the matter with you people??? I came here on several occasions and the dep was closed... this frustrating and i will communicate with head office... u guys claim to be 24/7 store... if u have staff problem then fix it... this is ridiculous ... and No, i don’t want to go to the next dep... u took this franchise to operate if u can’t then let someone else do it and save yourself a headache... i dont care what u do just do it

I buy most of my stuff form this branch for years and usually the staff are very respectable and friendly but unfortunately Today 2018/08/30 10:35 pm I was shocked when a cashier called **** screamed at me because I don't speak French well. actually i don't care about her behaviour but when i look at her name, she said i'm *** what you can do? She did not give me what I bought and I try hard to get it. This is not a respectable behavior for an employee. i can't understand why the staff doing like that. If someone doesn't like his job, shouldn't be rude with the customer.

I’ve bought their premade food twice... both times 1st the poutine was mouldy and the breakfast casserole... the eggs tasted if if they were rotten... they were kind enough to refund me ... but they need to ensure that the food has not gone bad
