★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor very poor. Called Friday to endure there opened on saturdays and ensure they are accessible for wheelchair and disabled.
Arrived at Saturday with struggle only to be refused because I’m an amputee. I couldn’t believe it. Told I must go to the hospital and told radiology would be opened. NOt the case.
So.. in need of ugent chest X-rays. Unable to now get what’s required. What a system.
What can I say every dog gets their day...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: customer service called me back after an online survey. They made sure to book a proper appointment with me in order to straighten out the situation. I was also told that they had a couple of telephonic interruptions during that with a number of phone calls. Situations can happen at any given time, it how you deal with them that defines you. And for me personally, radiologie st martin dealt it with in a professional manner. I thank them for calling back and i recommend this place.
Orginal post: Called to book an appointment. The other end of the line was passive aggressive with little patience. Was told to hold the line then to realize that the line was cut. Called in again to have the line cut at hold on a moment please. I then realized that the secretary was most probably hanging up the phone on my face.

The office is open until 8pm certain weekdays and on Saturdays which is great for people who work full time, 5 days a week. No line ups, in and out for xray exam within 15 minutes during evening time.
