La standardiste la plus désagréable que j'ai jamais entendu. Quelques cours de savoir vivre et de service client, surtout dans le cadre médical, ne seraient pas du luxe. J'espère ne jamais plus avoir besoin de passer par leurs services.
The most rude switchboard operator I have ever heard. Some life skills and customer service courses, especially in the medical context, would not be luxury. I hope I never need to go through their services again.

J'y ai fait des radiographies suite à un accident. Deux semaines plus tard, malgré le fait que je n'avais pas de fracture, j'avais encore très mal et je suis donc retourné voir le médecin. Il m'a demander d'aller repasser une radiographie. Je suis donc retournée au centre de radiographie. Lorsque ce fût mon tour, la technicienne m'a appelé et devant tout le monde dans la salle d'attente m'a demandé si j'avais faite une chute depuis ma dernière radio. Je lui répond que non mais que c'est encore très douloureux et que c'est le médecin qui m'a demandé de refaire des radiographie. Elle me répond (devant tout le monde) qu'à mon âge (elle divulgue mon âge devant tout les patients) il n'y a pas raison de refaire une radio. pour ça et que les résultats que j'avais reçus il y a deux semaines ne changeraient pas. Elle à donc décidé de faire la radiographie à moitié. Et je peux vous dire qu'elle n'était pas du tout agréable.
I had x-rays there following an accident. Two weeks later, despite the fact that I did not have a fracture, I was still in great pain, so I returned to see the doctor. He asked me to go take an x-ray again. So I went back to the x-ray center. When it was my turn, the technician called me and in front of everyone in the waiting room asked me if I had fallen since my last radio. I told him no, but it was still very painful and it was the doctor who asked me to do the x-rays again. She answers me (in front of everyone) that at my age (she discloses my age in front of all the patients) there is no reason to redo an X-ray. for that and that the results I received two weeks ago would not change. She therefore decided to do the x-ray halfway. And I can tell you that she was not pleasant at all.

J'ai été passé ma mammographie lundi 11 janvier 2021 en plein covid-19 . Service 5 étoiles . Exceptionnel. Dès l'arrivée la réceptionniste accueillante , tout sourire et très attentionnée! Pas d'attentes, 1 seule personne. Tout est très propre , très vigoureux! Les recommandations claires. Et la technicienne en radiologie GABRIELLE ! Un ange tellement fine , minutieuse , douce , attentive et expérimentée ! aucune douleur. Et tout cela en - de 25 minutes. I had my mammogram on Monday January 11, 2021 in full covid-19. 5 star service. Exceptional. Upon arrival the welcoming receptionist, all smiles and very attentive! No expectations, only 1 person. Everything is very clean, very vigorous! Clear recommendations. And the radiology technician GABRIELLE! Such a fine, meticulous, gentle, attentive and experienced angel! no pain. Aucun professionnalisme la madame qui fait les mamo. Bête, sans cœur, impatiente et froide. Shella était son nom. Dommage que les femmes qui sont déjà stresser avec le monogramme doit subir des humeurs degeulasse de la part d’un employé. Si vous lisez les commentaires Shella je vous suggère fortement de prendre ce commentaires aux sérieux et changer avec les patients ou n’importe qui que vous faite subir vos humeurs et attitude déplorable et désagréable. ?? pour toi
No professionalism the lady who makes the mamo. Stupid, heartless, impatient and cold. Shella was his name. Too bad women who are already stressing out with the monogram must endure filthy moods from an employee. If you are reading the Shella comments I strongly suggest that you take this comment seriously and change with the patients or anyone you put through your deplorable and unpleasant moods and demeanor. ?? for you

L'accueil fut très agréable, par contre le technicien en radiologie manque sérieusement d'empathie, il se fout carrément que tu aies des douleurs quand tu places tes membres à radiographier. Résumé : accueil plaisant, mais technicien pas fort!!!
The welcome was very pleasant, on the other hand the radiology technician seriously lacks empathy, he does not care if you have pain when you place your limbs to X-ray. Summary: pleasant welcome, but not a strong technician !!!

Friendliest staff I've seen in any establishment. The place is clean and well organized and managed, and I was attended to promptly. I would galdly drive the extra half hour to come to this place for ultrasounds.

I called to make an appointment for a mammogram. They informed me that they were pretty booked and if I would be willing to go somewhere else. I said yes so they gave me an appointment for August 2 at 10:30 and gave me the address on Hochelaga. I went to my appointment scheduled and after about 20 minutes of answering questions and filling out documents, they tell me that I don't have an appointment. I had written the appointment and address on the paper I had recieved from the government. After checking in the computer they realized that my appointment was at the Villeray location. They told me I would have to go there. Although I heard them saying they had a 10:30 cancellation, they still refused to take me. They called the other clinic and they said they would take me if I got there by 11:30. The Hochelaga clinic was very rude and unprofessional.
