★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rapide? Ouf! 45 minutes d'attente pour parler à qqun et la personne qui répond n'est aucunement "désolée de nous faire attendre" comme l'indique le message enregistré. On aime tellement ça perdre des journées complètes au téléphone quand on a des démarches à faire!
 Fast? Phew! 45 minutes of waiting to speak to someone and the person who answers is in no way "sorry to make us wait" as indicated in the recorded message. We love it so much wasting full days on the phone when we have to do some paperwork!

no phone answer for 4 days - wait 45 minutes or even no phone answer. Message for an appointment on the portal without any response or acknowledgment of receipt within 48 hours. Sorry!

On ne m'a pas dit que je devrais garder un CD (quel format archaïque pour transférer des photos) qui contient mes radios et l'amener à mon orthopédiste. L'orthopédiste ET ma clinique me disent de les contacter, mais ils ne répondent pas au téléphone après 15 minutes d'attente. J'y suis allé, sont pas tant dans le jus là-bas. Là, il faut que j'y aille en personne alors que je suis à mobilité réduite pour chercher UN CD. UN CD-ROM, MAN. SÉRIEUX.
It was my first time in radiology. I was not told that I should keep a CD (what an archaic format for transferring photos) that contains my X-rays and take it to my orthopedic surgeon. The orthopedist AND my clinic tell me to contact them, but they do not answer the phone after 15 minutes of waiting. I have been there, are not so much in the juice there. There, I have to go there in person when I have reduced mobility to look for ONE CD. ONE CD-ROM, MAN. SERIOUS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On te dit d'envoyer la demande de consultation, et après plusieurs appels (temps d'attente env. 50 min.) et semaines d'attente, on t'informe qu'il ne font plus d'infiltration ...et que le temps d'attente est de 2 ans et demi.

You are told to send the consultation request, and after several calls (waiting time approx. 50 min.) And weeks of waiting, you are informed that they are no longer doing infiltration ... and that the waiting time is two and a half years.

J'ai pris un rendez-vous par internet il y a deux semaines et personne ne m'a encore répondu. Je comprends le contexte COVID qui a le dos bien large mais il y a une limite à sacrifier le service à la clientèle!
I waited on the phone for an appointment twice, totaling 3 hours of waiting and no response! I made an appointment online two weeks ago and no one has answered me yet. I understand the COVID context, which has a very broad back, but there is a limit to sacrificing customer service!

No instructions after the ultrasound (didn’t know if the appointment was over, the Dr just up and left the room).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a proud bilingual person I was shocked and disappointed that a healthcare organization does not offer automated phone instructions in English. Adding to this, I waited for over 40 minutes to try to speak to someone to get a mammogram appointment. I finally hung up and accessed the IMAGIX online appointment request system.
