★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find very customer friendly hardware store, staff is very much like to help you for item you are looking for. Most of item are in inventory so you don’t need to shop around to find missing items. Store is good location easier to find parking. I will go back to store for shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience at the paint counter at the L' Acadie location today. Waited in-line at the counter to get a can of paint shaken. There were three Home Depot employees at the paint counter who did not care about the people in line but would rather serve people who budded in line to ask questions and then proceed to help these budders instead. Last time I shop here, please train your employees better.....I will just go to Reno Depot next door!

Original review: Took to time to call the store, customers service rep said they price match Amazon.ca prices. Went to the store and they said they do not price match Amazon.ca prices. Get your story straight and your staff in order with your policies.

When I ask for help online, they tell me it's a store order, so they can't help me
When I call the store, they tell me it's an online order, so they can't help me
I'm a client, not an employee, I don't care about how you fulfill my online orders or whatever processes you have, it's not my job, it's yours.
I order online, I get help online, no red tape.
Now have the decency of giving me back my money, already lost a full day waiting for help and getting transfered between your departments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you order something online, and this store fulfills the order, good luck to you. They got my order wrong, and twice a staff member promised someone would come and deliver the correct item (and pick up the incorrect part) and TWICE, no one came. That's two wasted days waiting, three if you count the first delivery day. Now a new person at the store has assured me she'd call me tomorrow to arrange a new delivery date... and then hung up on me. Unacceptably rude and some of the worst service I've seen.

I tried to contact the store for 2 entire hours to set up the time of the delivery after my work for the next day, which i never could get someone to answer the phone. I finally reached them the next day at 8:30am, and the girl from the store took all my informations and said someone will contact me shortly. 1hour later I receive a call from the delivery guy saying he is at my place…the patio set was delivered back to the store and i still can’t reach no one at this store. THIS IS RIDICULOUS ! I am on the phone with a nice lady from home depot company, and she can’t reach the store as well…
