Fouad et Sylvain à Rinox Signature sur Innes à Orléans nous ont offert le meilleur service. Malgré le fait que nous étions dernière minute, ils ont tout fait pour assurer que notre piscine et le paysage soit complété pour l'été. Fouad est un architecte et designer incroyable en plus d'être extrêmement sympathique. Nous sommes fiers de notre cour et nous allons sûrement les réengager pour nos futurs projets. Un gros merci à Phil et son équipe pour un travail d'installation hors pair. Bravo et un gros merci à vous. Notre famille en profite pleinement.
Fouad and Sylvain at Rinox Signature sur Innes in Orléans offered us the best service. Despite the fact that we were last minute, they did everything to ensure that our pool and the landscape was completed for the summer. Fouad is an amazing architect and designer besides being extremely friendly. We are proud of our heart and we will surely re-engage them for our future projects. A big thank you to Phil and his team for an outstanding installation job. Well done and a big thank you to you. Our family is taking full advantage of it.

No show on set appointment and won't even return phone calls. I was then told they were "busy". Professionalism at its finest. Guess they have too much business going. Too bad Rinox is affiliated with this signature store as Rinox as a paver brand is great.

We did a large job with Rinox Signature and dealt with Fouad and Marco for the job. We had some damaged stones and wanted to place an order to get them replaced. After sales service is horrible. After multiple tries to contact them with no response back, we have decided we have no choice but to go to another stone manufacturer.

We had a pool installed last summer and this year we require repairs both for the pool and the Rinox stones. We were on contact with someone that has ignored our calls and proomused repairs would be done. Still no response. Don't get a pool or Rinix landscaping you will regret it.

Overall, very happy with Rinox Orleans. We had a pool installed with stone around the pool. We were very happy with their services up until one incident towards the end I’ll explain later. First I want to say that while we could not get a firm date on installation, we appreciated that Allister was always answering our questions. In every renovation delays happen, it’s not fun, but Allister always called us back when we had questions. We have done other renovations and have not had the same level of communication. We really liked the product. The pool and the stone look modern and sleek. We do not have a big back yard, but it looks like a slice of a resort now. The pool installers were awesome. They showed up at 6 in the morning and by the end of the day we had water filling the pool. These guys don’t goof around! When we asked for changes or adjustments, they were accommodating. For example at one point the stone didn’t quite look right where it met the deck. JP cut an inlay of stone making it look super. When something in the backyard got damaged during the installation, I pointed it out and they fixed it. Allister estimated it would be a 3 day job. It was about 3.5 days, but spread out over 6 or 7 weeks. Rinox experienced labour and material shortages due to the pandemic. Now for the one part that I was not happy about. When the job was 98% done I just needed them to come back and fix a fairly significant leak on a pipe. It took a lot of phone calls over a 3 week period to get them to fix the problem. It was always “tomorrow”. I also wanted to close the pool because ice was starting to form, but I wanted to see that they fixed the leak. In the end I decided to shut down the pool without seeing the leak being fixed. I’m hoping next spring everything will be okay. Corey and Allister threw in a free pool closing to make up for the delay, but it was an unfortunate end to an otherwise good project delivery. Since our installation was in October we won’t get to use the pool until next year, but we’re looking forward to it. I would recommend Rinox. I think the communication with Allister was good. The product looks great.
